| Why not create a website for it, instead of using email? And instead of monthly, why not just report on hack/utility releases as they happen (or there about)? A site like Zophar's Domain, but specifically aimed at ROM hacking would be brilliant. (Providing it was actually updated) |

| Well, news systems are easy, I use a simple one for my site, that i wrote, basically you just add it through a form, and it puts all the info in a db, then the site pulls that info. | |||

no offence xcom, but my quandaries with your idea are within its organization and content. the only subjects i recall being covered were concerning the most popular romhacks/hackers at the time and had little or nothing to do with the actual process of what most people here would find worth time to read. anything about works, progress or thoughts of the community as a whole were entirely ignored. what i'm gettin at is that i think you should think this through and try to devise a way to cover the ENTIRE community instead of emphasizing subsidiary topics of the hobby we all dedicate very much time to. if you've decided to do something like this, do it right.
