I think loads of people are not understanding this thing. You don't pick a country you want to manage, you pick a team in one of the leagues in a country.
Example: You don't choose Ireland as a team, you choose one of the teams in Ireland. And if you don't want to pick a team, you choose one of the leagues in Ireland and Colleen will randomly pick a team.
I think that's right at least D:

It's not a tournament. It's season after season until I get bored of it or until someone ends up dominating to the point where it isn't even funny.

But yeah. At least a couple of seasons just so we can make fun at those who end up unemployed after being fired from their first job. How will they ever make ends meet.
