| For some reason, I suspected this topic would be about those underwear vending machines they have in Japan. Anyway, I honestly don't want to rain on anybody's parade, but sex stereotyping really gets to me so I just have to say something; I don't think that "girls want to feel sexy," or "women find underwear sexually liberating." Those just seem like really stereotyping things to say, to me, and making blanket statements never really helps a discussion. Plus, I don't think it's very helpful to DahrkDaiz to say, "That's just the way girls are." Clearly, though, if your girlfriend enjoys her collection of lingerie so much, you should indulge her. Let her put on a fashion show for you, or be a sweetheart and buy her something to add to her collection. It might just make her day. Edit Follows I solved the problem. When you enter a picture into the "Background Image" text box in Edit Layout, it adds (with > brackets around it)... div style='background:url(http://www.website.com/image.jpg);height:100%' ...to your header. That height:100% somehow screws things up, but only for certain images. I've removed it and now things are looking just fine. | Well, it should be noted that vending machines in Japan sell everything from everyday groceries to videogames; they're not far off from the Jetsons' push-button existence. Wikipedia reports that there is one vending machine for every twenty-three people living in Japan. The panties aren't "soiled" as in defecated or urinated in, they simply haven't been washed after being worn by a schoolgirl (usually in her early to mid teen years), for reasons that should be obvious. There are stores that sell entire sailor fuku, as well; the girl will take her old uniform and sell it, along with a picture of her wearing it. This type of vending machine or store have a very negative reputation among mainstream Japan. You'll usually find them in busy commercial districts of a city, in and around pornography shops. Their customers are mostly unwed middle-aged men whom are often seen as socially awkward or pathetic. It's also considered somewhat taboo or at least humiliating if a girl's friends or schoolmates find out she has sold her sailor fuku or panties to one of these businesses.
