There is this new thing on Google called Google Talk. It's really good. It's like a new Instant Messenger! (About the only one I know how to work.)

You have to have a gmail account first.

This is the third thread that mentions Google Talk. There's already the original one in the hardware forum and the other one just got closed awhile ago in this forum.
