WAY TO GO!!! Just make sure not to lock up the hack when you're done. I might want to remake SML1 using the NES format again.

Yes, the pyrimid turns a different color at the one pont.

Also, the koopa looks like it's going UNDER the BG sky shadding... or is it just me?

In that case, never mind. I do not know when I should rip off objects on SMB1 to a current level.

SMB1 do not have a bigger size than Mario World does. I should stick with Mario World instead.

I probably do not care about my unreleased NES hack of SML1. It should continue to be unreleased because of the levels inaccuracy.

How do you plan on doing the boss? You can't exactly fireball him a bunch of times or jump over him to reach an axe.

Remember, take your time and test it out throughly and glich free before you release your demo. I can even test it if you want.

For your bosses just add a pipe that lead to some of the original SMW bosses.
After all, can we really create the bosses from thier original games perfectly........

I've also been playing around with the fireball addresses and i'm working on a way to make "Spinball Mario" for you (so his fireballs bounce like on SML). I'll post it when I find it since i'm really interesed in this hack.

I'm sure there's a more ingenious way to do bosses then just say "wait no browser did it", with altered graphics at the very least. Also, the "Spinball Mario" is Superball Mario. Just had to say that, sorry. It'd be kind of hard to recreate it without atleast minor ASM hacks, but it wouldn't be too hard for someone to create for you I'd think. Editing offsets may produce a close result though.... just be sure to turn off the coins that appear, unless you want to say that's an added feature, SML never had coined enemies.

I hope you got the Mario Fireball ASM for this hack. I think you should also replace small koopas to Goombas if possible.

Another update. Check out the screens.





As you can see, I updated the pakkun flower and the clouds. What you cannot see is that I changed the fireball to a superball and the points look more snazzy.

How the hell did you make the head of the pirahna plant 16x24 instead of 16x16? Did you do a graphic bit change or something? Me needs to know!

Look closely. The bottom 16x16 parts are exactly the same in the two shots. In other words, he changed the top of the vine to the bottom 1/3 of the plant.

By the way, it's possible to make the vine animated. All you have to do is to read (and understand) mikeyk's first sprite editing post. (Found here.)
