| Internet is cheap. Well, in my opinion it is . We had a faster DSL but now we're down to basic at $14.95. I know how it is to lose internet for awhile and what not. I hope you'll be able to get it back soon. I had 56k for a long while..blahness to that. |

| You know, I always have backups to this when it happens. That's why I keep stuff resident on my hard drive so I don't get bored until the connection comes back...otherwise, I'd probably be down with comps already. Anyways, hope you get back soon and don't get too bored while you're gone. |

| Ehh...I dunno. After being on high speed for so long, you kind of get over dialup. Every time I head downstate I always have to deal with the slowass connection (26.4kbps) that they have. In that sense, I rarely use the net when I'm there; usually, I have something better to do anyways. But I guess, if you're really really desperate, you could do that...unless you're really not able to sling ten or so bucks a month. |

| Well, I never thought I would have to say this. But I am glad for AOL free for 50 days. So now I have 50 days to endure and try to get my cable net back, or at least DSL, but DSL is expensive to have installed. Blah, I will figure out something. I guess the thread can be closed or renamed "Internet: Cheap or Not" since that is where the conversation went. | |||
