| It depends. What time of the night is it. What sort of glass do we have? What are we eating... Both my parents are professional wine-tasters (smelliers) and have passed on such talents to their son. Personally, I prefer a good white wine mist with a good peache taste. Or a really nice buttery and thick red wine. |

| White wine for fish, red for anything else. That's the rule of thumb for me. My personal favorite though, out of any wine I've had, is merlot. |

Except on New Year's Eve I don't drink wine at all  But I anyway mostly tasted red wine; it even might not be that bad, but there are other drinks which I prefer, like a good and cool beer when it is hot - nothing against a fresh-drawn beer from the barrel |
