| how can i add things from one rom to a SMW hack.because i want to add power ups and enimies from SMB3 to SMW by lunar magic.So i can make my second hack called Hyper Mario World.and by the way i'm new so i'm not an expert. | For Power-ups, the only new one avaliable is the Racoon Mario. It's in my last post in the "Useful Resources" thread. But, it changes some other stuff too, and is like a whole hack. For new enemies, the "Mario World Reconfigurator" can do it. It's in the Commons. But, it requires some ASM knowledge. There was a post with a Squishable Goomba code in it, I think it's buried down deep... |

| The easiest thing to do is rip graphics. To do this you will need a tile editor. It requires no asm knowledge at all. That is why it is easy. (edited by yoshi master on 08-15-05 03:02 PM) |

| The Raccoon Mario hack was made my MikeyK.. however, anything you already have in your hack would be overwritten.. Just letting you know, there is no way, atall, to get powerups from over games. (There is, but not for you.) If you was determined, you would need to learn Snes ASM. Zophars has tutorials.. maybe you should check there if you want to learn! Hope this helps.  ~Rain Man |
