| On August 10th at 11:30, (12 hours) I will be joining hundreds of thousands of other youth from around the world to participate in World Youth Day. Along the way, I'll be spending several days in Holland with a host family, as will a few of my other friends. During the two weeks that we'll be gone, we'll have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, experience German culture, catch a glimpse of the pope (hopefully), and experience our faith in an awesome new way. Just thought I'd let you all know what's happening, and just wondering if there are other people around here that are also going. | |||

Canada hosted it two years ago and it went off pretty smoothly all things considered.  I know a lot of kids around here went, but I... well, I had school and it's not like I wanted to head to Toronto.  |

Aww, that's a bummer. My family was actually a host family for two kids from El Paso, TX, they were some of the coolest guys that I've ever met.  I hope that my hosts feel the same way about myself and my friends.  |

I doubt that a person attending World Youth Day would be participating in smoking marijuana during that time  It is a religious Catholic event. I can recall that in Toronto, there was actually a good amount of folk that made good business selling marijuana at that time. I mean, not everyone there is a hard-core Roman Catholic or Ukrainian-Greek Catholic or anything of the lineage of the Seat of Peter. Most of them are there to feel the solidarity of being under the One Church, which is the prominent stance of the majority of Catholics the world round anywho.Although we can discuss who has the best weed, Canada or Ampsterdam. Though I do envy your budder extract, that is available only through extracts. The street weed in Holland generally levels out at 9-10% THC. Canadian weed generally levels out at 11-14%. Although East Coast weed is notoriously terrible |

| What? Only 15-20% THC? Bad weed, really bad. I get better stuff with 40% THC in it, but luckily I don't smoke weed, just know all things about it. Back on the subject, I won't go to the World Youth Day for these 2 reasons: 1. Don't interested in it. 2. No money. |

Street weed is what people generally smoke. Canadian strains have the highest amount that I know of. Of course, street weed is not often hydroponically grown with enhancing fertilizers, etc. I know that 14-16% THC content is common in Toronto. But you're pushing 15/gram for the higher grade stuff. I have heard of 20-22, even 25% coming from certain Vancouver strains. Like I said, the majority of high quality weed is for compassion clubs and the speciality market.
