I'll Understand If You Don't Want To Help. But What I Use To Hack Is SMILE And My Brother Showed Me How To Put In Items And All But When I Go Back In The Room That I Have The Item In It's Not There?

alright, firstly, I'll help.
Second, please clear up whats going on.

1) whats room are they in.
2) what index and unknown values are they?
3) Note that if the unknown value in the plm is 80 and above (80-FF) then the item will always come back
4) also note that if the item has an index # that has already been collected then it won't ever appear.


Most importantly are room states.

1) just becase you placed an item in room "92FD" in the standard event, doesn't mean that when you awaken zebes (events1) that the item will also be there. PLM's can change when the vents change, the same whay that the enemy pop/allowed lists change.
2) make sure your items are in the correct event

if none of this info helps, please elaborate on whats going wrong

Alright When You First Land In Zebes I Have A (Missle) And A (Super Missle). You Can Pick Those Up Right When You Exit The Ship And I Have A (Energy Tank) That You Can Also Pick Up But You Need The (Morphball) And (The Bomb)
To Get It But When I Get Up There..... There Is Nothing There? And Both The PLM's Index And Unknown Are At 00?

00 00? LOL

Exactly, 00 00 is the first tag to be set, set it to someting the game won't set off, like, E0 01-7F

that saves up tag space and you'll fix our problem with items, just NEVER use 00 00,


TO example this, items, when picked up, Mark down (ex) AA 00, okay, you got AA 00? I'l cross that off the list. And so the game makes those items not appear anymore. got it? =P

yes, every item behaves the same, doors on the other hand do not. Scroll plm's reffer to pointers within the rom, see the other scroll topic to understand those.

the glass tube plm can only be used once (unless you have my code to make it behave just like an item, ie placed anywhere)

certain plm's lke DB44 are used to activate Events, epecifically hardcoded for metroid halls 1 and 2, and metroid shaft 1 and 2 cleared.
(I have more control in my hack, since it activates an event when enemy #1 (2) in a room is killed, the event is determined by the plm's index##, doesn't work like this in the normal game)

Well If It's Okay With You....... I Have Another Question About The Music.....Is It Possible To Choose What You Want For Music From The Game Because Instead Of There Being On Bar To Choose Music From There Is Two And I Choose The Music I Want For That Specific Area And It Plays Something Totally Different. And It Changes Everytime I Start From The Beggining?

the music works tricky, there are i think around two songs per type of music to play, I have yet to fully undertand how it works, but look at other rooms with the msuic you want to get a better idea of what to choose
