| Note to CL: Text issues are fixed. Edit: Crap, I forgot to put Chrono Trigger in the title. Bleah. DivineDragoonKain has made a patch for Chrono Trigger that modifies Gato's area of the Millennial Fair. The patch includes several NPCs who demonstrate facets of creating and editing NPCs with the program Temporal Flux. This should certainly help beginning editors, and will make for a fun diversion! The patch is available in two forms, one for headered roms and one for unheadered roms. If you don't know the difference, download the headered one.
