A bunch of little questions that popped up in my head today, and since I dont want to create like, 4 different threads at once, Ill stick them all together... so here they are...

-Are you passive (Wont fight in situations, talk it out) or aggressive (Would rather fight in situations instead of talking)?
-Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)
-Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)
-Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)

To answer my slew...

-Im mostly passive.. Im not the fighting type really... but I will contest against things I dont agree with. Violence is most certainly not my answer.

-Id rather follow, but most of the time, I get shoved into the leader role... not very fun, but someone has to do it. I dont like it, but things still get done fairly well if people listen. A gift I hate I guess.

-I work by myself most of the time, and prefer it that way. Large groups and me dont mix, even partner projects get me a little uncomfortable. Id rather have control of the entire project to make sure it gets done. Yes, it does sound a little control freakish, but I just hate groups.

-Im silent most of the time, but I will throw my two cents in. You never find me starting a conversation, ("Hey, you started one right now!") but I find some way to speak my mind on most topics.

Funny how these topics actually fit together in one way or another

I'm both passive and aggressive, it's just depends how much someone pisses me off.

A follower, I'm too lazy to be a leader and not much people would follow me anyway.

I like working by myself because I don't like to work with other people because it usually slows me down. I hate school projects where you can put with a partner and they usually don't do crap which makes you do all the work so that's why I rather work by myself.

I'm only chatty when with my friends. If not, I'll won't talk.

-Are you passive (Wont fight in situations, talk it out) or aggressive (Would rather fight in situations instead of talking)?
I'm VERY passive in person. I can't see myself picking a fight, or getting in a fight. I have um.. gotten more angry than I should have with one bitch a few years ago, but it wasn't that bad. I don't like fights. I don't care as much online, but I still am very passive.

-Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)
Depends on what I'm doing exactly. I've coached a t-ball team before, as well as help my coach with my own team practices, I'm pretty good at being a leader with that. But say, a school presentation? Nope, I just do what I'm told and count down the seconds til it's over with.

-Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)
I hate large groups, because it doesn't stay together. You don't know what person #10 is doing other than picking their nose, and you end up with more than you can handle. However, working on my own.. I procrastinate. So I prefer small groups.

-Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)
If I know you and like you, I won't shut up. If I don't know you, I'm more shy than I should be, and if I don't like you, I won't say anything. Unless I feel the need to be rude.

Are you passive or aggressive?
Definitely passive.

Are you a leader or a follower?
Depends, but more often than not, I'm a follower.

Do you work better in large groups, small groups, or by yourself?
That depends entirely on the task.

Are you chatty or silent?
Definitely silent. I don't talk unless I have something to say, which isn't that often.

Passive or Agressive?
Passive. I always try to avoid a problem, if possible.

Leader or Follower
I usually put myself into a follower role by choice. However, if nobody takes control and I know what to do, I have been known to step up to the plate.

Group Size?
Like NSNick said, it all has to do with the task at hand.

Chatty or Silent
Silent. Unless I have something to say, or I'm reeeeally relaxed/drunk.

Passive I guess. I've wondered before if that would be different if I wasn't a small person.. I can really lose my head.

Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)
That depends.. I'm better as a follower. If I have to lead something, I can really get controlling and mean about it. Things have to be done my way.

Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)
Small groups or by myself. The only time I ever want to be in a large group is if I want to slack off.

Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)
Silent. Even with people I like, I can't find much to say. I can't stand people who obviously have nothing to say but won't shut up. >8(

I SO fall into that category (CRAPET LAWLZ)

As for the questions:

1. Passive mostly, I'm not that strong.

2. Follower.

3. Myself, my flashes are proof of that

4. Yeah, I never shut up

-Are you passive (Wont fight in situations, talk it out) or aggressive (Would rather fight in situations instead of talking)?
I would rather be passive and talk something out then get in a meaningless cold war or fist fight over something. The only time I would personally get aggressive is if I interpret something as hostile towards myself or towards a friend of mine. Usually they'd be asking for it.

-Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)
In comparison to high school, I'm probably better of in leadership than I was then, but I would still rather be drilled to death by instructions. I guess that was something I got used to with an authoritarian father like mine for the first seventeen years of my life. In terms of leading when I have to, however...well...I've proven that a few times here, good and bad, but in real life I've had to do that a few times with a few people that for some odd reason would point to me as a leader rather than themselves. The one Speech class that I took with the 45 minute speech that we had to give was evident of that...that or maybe I just drew the short straw without knowing; I'm not really sure. 29.5/30 though, with one person bailing...so that's not too bad.

-Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)
Anymore, large groups, especially in cases where it's something I can explain better. In cases of schoolwork, it helps me a lot more than just me doing it by myself and knowing that I know what it is I speak of. To that end, it reinforces the fact that I know what I'm speaking of by helping others on the subject and maybe learn something that I might have missed in a group that I would've otherwise screwed myself on otherwise. If we all get the same answer, I'm much more confident in myself than just me finding something on my own.

-Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)
Any more, it's hard to get me to STFU on IM or the net. In real life, it's not too much different, even though I know my bounds. Even if I don't know the person to begin with, I surprise myself by usually starting a conversation, even if it isn't the best in the world. Before, however, I would just be as silent as you could ever get out. The cocky/arrogant streak grew on me after I got out of high school.

That's about it on the Q's I think.

Passive or Agressive?
Passive. I've never hit a person in my life, it's just not how I do. But being 6'5" I can pretty much make anybody shut it by talking to them and I am willing to use my size to scare people if I'm really pissed.

Leader or Follower
I'll put it this way, when I'm not doing anything, most of my friends don't go out, If I'm riding then they're all down to ride. I guess that makes me a leader and my friends severe folowers.

Group Size?
Definately depends, if I'm working on my computer to fix something I'm usually by myself or with a few other people. Math I do all by myself, but when I'm hanging out I love to have large groups, but small groups are just as fun if you have the right people, and If i'm with the right person being one on one with someone is perfect.

Chatty or Silent
I'll usually talk it up a lot except for when I'm at work trying to get something done and I know that I'll get distracted if I start talking and won't get my work done.

Passive or aggressive?

When it comes down to physical terms, I'm usually passive. But boy, if you get in an argument with me, I'll be pretty aggressive then. Same thing with competitions, I won't just back off.

Leader or a follower?

Absolute follower. If my friends didn't invite me to come do stuff, I'd probably just rot in my house every day.

Large groups, small groups or by yourself?

By myself. Can't trust anyone better to do my work. Unless I don't care, then I'm all with YD. I'd rather be in a large group so everyone who cares does the work while I just sit in the corner picking my nose.

Chatty or silent?

Chatty on the net, silent elsewhere. In real life, you will NEVER, and I mean NEVER, find me starting a conversation.

-Are you passive (Wont fight in situations, talk it out) or aggressive (Would rather fight in situations instead of talking)?
Pretty much passive. I wouldn't fight unless someone was coming at me with their fist or gave me a reason to hit them..I used to hit guys..back in middle school

-Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)
Usually I'm a follower but if the group really needs some guidance and help then I'd be the leader. I'd just worry about screwing up though but yeah it's better to try to finish something.

-Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)
Small groups are good but in a large group sometimes things can get out of control and people won't do their work and then you end up picking up some of the slack because people don't want to listen. By myself is fine too depending on what is being done.

-Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)
When I'm with the friends I can be really chatty and mess around but when I'm around people I don't know Im quiet unless someone asks me a question but even when that happeneds it turns into a convo. I won't start a conversation with anyone unless I know you in some kind of way. Online, eh, I can talk to anyone most of the time if I want to.

Q) Are you passive (Wont fight in situations, talk it out) or aggressive (Would rather fight in situations instead of talking)?
A) I tend to be passive in most situations. Most of the time, the situations that require this decision come up at home, and I'd much rather work out a solution peacefully that take the risk of being told to turn the computer off, or stop whatever else I happen to be doing. That doesn't mean that I'm passive all the time though. If someone bugs me enough, to the point that it's obvious they don't care what I'm saying to them, then I'll resort to aggression. In short, I'll try to work things out without getting aggressive nine times out of ten.

Q) Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)
A) I'd say about half and half for this one. It really depends on the situation. It's proving more difficult to think of an example than I thought it would be, but to make things simple, it depends on how much I know about whatever needs to be done. Say my Mom wants my sister to print her resume off, but she's suddenly forgotten how to. I'd rather take charge and show them how to do it, than to have my brother try to explain it to them On the flip side, we're required to know how to take donations here (where I volunteer). I'd rather let Janice or Michele explain the procedure to a new volunteer, than to have to explain it myself. That's actually not quite what I was looking for, but it works.

Q) Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)
A) It depends on what the task at hand is. If it's something I know how to do, and am confident doing it on my own, then I'll obviously work by myself. If it's something I'm comfortable with doing, and know how to do, but it's too much for me to do on my own, then I'll gladly work in a small group. As for large groups, nothing really comes to mind that'd make me want to, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't if it was necessary

Q) Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)
A) Online, over message boards and such yes. Via instant messengers, IRC, and similar methods of online communication, no. I like being able to make sure I've covered everything I wanted to talk about, when if you're using one of those programs, you really only have time to say what's immediately on your mind, instead of taking time to think about it. I'm not extremely talkative online, but significantly more than I am talking face to face with someone. There are exceptions to the above, though, depending on the circumstances.

I think that covers pretty much everything

Edit: Finished off the last paragraph. Apparently I deleted a few words before I clicked the button to post my reply

-Are you passive (Wont fight in situations, talk it out) or aggressive (Would rather fight in situations instead of talking)?

I would rather talk things out then fight, because what good will fighting do, when it comes to finding a solution to the problem? So I suppose that would make me passive.

-Are you a leader (Direct everyone around, keep things on the right track, control groups, etc...) or a follower (Do things for others, follow directions/orders, get stuff done on someone elses terms, etc...)

I suppose that I would be a follower more than a leader. I might come with suggestions, if I have any, but I would not feel comfortoble dictating, saying that we should do so and so.

-Do you work better in large groups (Any number greater than say, 5) small groups (between 5 and 2 people) or by yourself (Just you)

I think I would work best in small groups, preferrably with only 3 people. More people tend to make it more difficult to organize things, and reach decicions to get things done. My experience with bigger groups is that some will do the work, and others will just hang along. Usually then, I'll just be one of the people hanging along.

I mean, I like smaller groups, because it makes it easier to exchange ideas, and for me to contribute. I could also work well alone, depending on the task, and if I feel motivated to do it.

-Are you chatty (Like to converse with people) or silent (not the talkative type)

That depends on who I'm with. There are certain people I feel more comfortable with, and I can easily talk with them. Though, with people that I do not know, I will not really say much unless spoken to. Overall, I'm a pretty silent guy.

Actually, passive is avoiding situations, neither talking nor being physical about it. Agressive means you head into it straight on and don't let up. You don't have to be physical to be agressive.

This is basically asking everyone are you introverted or extroverted.

I'm sort of a mix between the two. If I'm in a situations where I don't know how my actions could be received, I'm introvertive, but in a group of people I know well enough, I'm very extrovertive.

1) Are you passive or aggressive?
Passive, I'm a man of peace and I don't like the idea of fighting, whether verbally or physically.

2) Are you a leader or a follower?
I find myself unfairly pushed into the role of leader on the day of any ScW show, since I'm one of the scriptwriters I HAVE to be the leader and make sure people are on their marks at the right time. Otherwise, I'd rather prefer to be the followers.

3) Do you work better in large groups, small groups or by yourself?
If we're talking about working in a Target-like sense, then I work better in small groups, because if the group gets too big then I feel like I'm not carrying my share of the workload. If we're talking about working in a social sense, as in how do I like to socalize with people, I'd have to agree with small groups again, as large groups are more easy to offend with my humor than small groups are.

4) Are you chatty or silent?
I'm with Danielle in that if I know you, I'll be chatty with you, but if I just met you for the first time, I don't know what to say more often than not and there are plenty of awkward silences.

A)

I am beyond passive, I'm a pacifist. Except when it comes to debates. Then I'm ragingly rabid fuck bat. (similar to a wombat)

B)

Always a leader. Plain and simple. I may ask for advise or help, but be damned if I can be controlled.

C)

I work better in a small group. 5-10 people is ideal. It allows me to exert more control and read the emotions of the people better.

D)

I'm a chatty bitch. Except in real life around people who aren't new...Then I'm silent.

Passive in ways I think. It really depends on what day it is.

Depends on how I'm feeling, but I hate letting others "lead" me. Its annoying when it comes down to it.

Depends if I know the people or not. If so, and I like them, sure I'll work in a large group, if its people I don't like, I don't like to work with them.

It depends, again on the day and if I like them or not.
