Since I changed my modem months ago, I got a new IP range... which was banned from the board! So I have to enter it through a proxy, and not many are able to log in in the board. This one is the only I could find (I used other before, but stopped working), but now it started to add stupid messages (see below) that I cna't erase or the post is not valid (even if my IP changes; this is second time I write this post). I got tired of this, the message even appears if I try to edit my layout or a post and can't be erased yet., and I guess if somebody can help me, at least telling me of a quiet, working proxy  .[Posted by 83.41.247.57. - 83.37.194.231. | what is your current IP range? Try to contact a staff member with your IP range and ask if it can be removed from the banned list... i remember the IP address of my friend was banned, even though he never came to the board. So, i asked a staff member to remove it and they did it |

Why does the auto-added text have links to forum.php and thread.php? Shouldn't they be newthread.php and newreply.php, where the posts were submitted?  |

| What problems would arise if we dropped all ip bans? ...ok, that's maybe not a too bright idea but. We really need an e-mail address at our ip-banned page. Hell, i'm going to suggest that to ||bass as soon I get him. I can think alot of people who can't even bother with the board, as they're stuck on the "You're ip banned page" even if they aren't guilty. |

| Dropping all IP bans is stupid. I've seen the list (both before they fixed the page so it was admin-only (nice coding, by the way) and when I admined myself a while ago) and it's full of proxies. If you don't mind losing a few thosand proxybans, sure, go for it |

| You could drop the proxy list now and it wouldn't make a difference. Proxies come and go like the fucking wind and I'm sure a huge majority of said list is obsolete by now. Besides, when Jesper ip banned me, I never had a problem getting to the board. One day he kept banning them over and over as I kept switching them. This whole process went on for about 20 minutes and I had literally thousands more left. Proxies will always be a viable option on this board from now until the end of time.
