If there was only 1, 2, and Many, our mathematical system would have... many unsolvable equations. Basically, we'd have to go like this:

1 + 1 = 2

Many + 2 = (Many + 2),
as many could represent anything, such as 42.

Many - Many wouldn't even be 0, since that doesn't exist. It would be (Many - Many).

You know... seeing the word 'many' so much makes me realize how weird a word it is.

Learning how to speak properly has nothing to do with math. Although without the mathematical system we have now, we would be nowhere near where we are today. But still.. that's pretty sad.
