| It was pretty bad... I had all my pokes, he had three pokes left, one was burned, one was badly poisoned, one was asleep, and he forfeited =/ How about I just... Give a one-week extention to this, since not much has happened, and I can't start the second round for another week anyway because I'll be on vacation from the 10th to the 17th (in the same place as last time, fortunately, which means I'll be playing F-Zero AX the majority of my waking time... Gods, that game is hella tight). Edit: Could someone edit the thread title to ""Advance" Pokémon tournament - round one match deadline is September 17th - matchups in first post" or something similar to that but which fits in the thread title? | Just annihilated Colleen 6-0. Considering all but one kill was 100%, he had nothing. He used Moltres, Chansey, Swampert, Aggron, Flygon, Mr. Mime. Still wasn't enough. | I see two flaws in Colleen's team. Chansey and Aggron. Chansey sucks because of its defense. One Brick Break and it´s down. Aggron is slow as hell but has awesome defense. But does it have Special Defense? And I´d choose Alakazam over Mr. Mime anyday. |

And it has Softboiled which can be used to heal other pokemon. Dusclops has a lot of Defense and Special Defense so he´s no problem. Curse would be pretty good on that one. Medicham is both fighting and psychic so it takes normal damage from Dark Pokemon. Milotic has good Special Defense but not that great Defense. It depends on what Nature it has, though Suicune...well, he´s a legendary and the only one that´s good among the legendary dogs. Skarmory has a lot od Defense and pretty much around 120 in attack if it´s around lvl 50. The Defense should be around 140-150. It´s special defense sucks, however. |

| It's just amusing because you're either wrong or simply confusing on every point you make. 1. Softboiled can't heal my other pokes. 2. Curse would be terrible on Dusclops. 3. What do Dark moves have to do with anything relating to Medicham? 4. Milotic's Defense is fine. I didn't even put much in to defense and it still has 240. 5. Suicune is not the only good legendary dog. It's the best, certainly, but Raikou is extremely good as well. 6. Skarmory's Spec Def is far from great, but it doesn't suck. It's got enough to survive most unstabbed fire and electric moves I might not be expecting, and it doesn't need to survive what I see coming. |

| I have a Raiko on lvl 50 in Pokemon Ruby and its highest stats are 120. That´s speed and special attack. His attacks are terribly weak. "What do Dark moves have to do with anything relating to Medicham?" Well, nothing really. I just mentioned it because it´s the only Psychic type that´s partly fighting type. Dark moves are super-effective on psychic types but it uses special attack and since Psychic pokemon usually have good special defenses, you´re better of using normal attacks. All your pokemon are at lvl 100, right? |

I beat Yoronosuku. But she did put up a fight despite her team being...well, it was still able to hold up just because it was just plain ANNOYING. She had the world's most obnoxious Smeargle mixed with a Stantler that knew everything nature ever intended a reigndeer to be able to do  though, her use of both Primeape and Poliwrath brought her down. I mean. Because it was Primeape and Poliwrath. At least she didnt use Solrock like the last tiime I fought her...*shudders* |

Your Smeargle had OHKO moves, huh, Yoro?  I like those too.Honestly, I think that Smeargle's stats sucks. And I do mean EVERY stat. I´d put a OHKO move on a fast Pokemon. But that´s me. |
