*phew*

I got work release. Only for an hour though. Basically, I get out of school after 6th hour instead of 7th.

I got rid of some of my classes, like Management, and CAD. Just didn't really feel like taking them, and I just wanted to get out of school earlier this year for my Senior year ...

Seeing as how I don't have a 2nd hour for next Semester, I might try to get out of school 2 hours early. It wouldn't be hard, the requirenments are kind of pathetic:
8 hours per week of work - 1 hour
15 hours per week of work - 2 hours
20 hours per week of work - 3 (I could probably even get this)

The bad news? This means I don't get to ride the free bus, and my school is about a 10-15 minute drive, and with gas prices hitting up about $2.60 here now, it's going to hurt my pocket ...

My friend might do this also though, if he does we plan on carpooling to save eachothers lives.

After the "No child left behind" act, homework has been everywhere.
I want to burn down my school.....right now.

Here's our dumb rule. Unless the student is mental.

Rule No. 25. Assult on School employes.

Parent Notified, Police Notifed, suspension pending board hearing.

Yet there are people who violate the stupiedest rules.

I just learned a dumb rule after school today at the bus stop. The rule is when you go to the restaurant across the street to buy stuff, you can't go back to the bus stop once your done there because you left school property. WTF?

School is weird. That didn't come out right. Everything changes at our school every year, so it's a whole new experience. There was a new kid that would pull down the girls pants. WTF?! I happened to be there at the time. I froze. Just staring. Just so happens, the girls would think he was cute...weird.

Fabio: WTF? What's up with school these days? They act like you have to be perfect.

What kind of rule is that? Probably don't enforce it. It doesn't make sense..bus stop? So the bus stop is on school property or is the city bus?

Parking is horrible at my school..driving around for almost an hour trying to find a parking spot..today was horrible and then this guy said my tires were low so I paniced and was late to class like half an hour. I'm always late it's pathetic..I need to get to school earlier.

At our school we have to reserve parking spots, which is pain in the ass.

The kids who dont get it end up having to park in the field.

I'm not dreading school, start in five days.

Well for me schoocl starts on the fifth. I will literally have to plead to IT services to unblock this site evn if it is just for me. Good thing I've got an excuse. Should allow me to take a more active roll in these forums.

So they blocked this site in your school. Same here with my school, I think. They only blocked it in my school because it falls under chat room. It's not a chat room because the FAQ says so. Here's what the FAQ says.

9. Act like the board is a chat room (post messages like "HEY ACMLM", "I AGREE", "Whats up?", or similar messages directed to people). This is what private messages are for.

Maybe I should show the teacher this rule sometime.

Or you guys could just bypass the blocks. Most schools network security is a joke.

There was two ways we would do it, one would be through babbelfish (the translation site) and the second would be annoymous surfing through CGI proxy.

At least they get to park somewhere . Well at least I figured out that the lightrail is free for me and a park and ride lot is close by but I hope parking there isn't bad so I can take it straing to school.

Tell me how that Philosophy class goes, Hiryuu. We have one like that, and I might take it if it doesn't suck.

Sophomore year .___.;; I really do not like HS very much. But I still need to get used to it. The rules are so different from the school I went to in Japan..so, sometimes I can get in trouble for an accidental reason ^^ but it is usualy not a big thing. In Japan we do have a rule that I think anyway is NOT here at all..it is the student's right to go to class. You could chose not to and nothing ever happens! They cannot be kicked out of school, out of class, ever. We have no detaining system of discipline either..unless you count holding buckets of water xD (please tell me some of you get that t_t) Oh and also you can't not graduate. Part of it being your right to attend class. I have skipped school only 2 times ever, only because I was so tired and I just did not want to. That is such a foolish reason..but nothing did happen

Wow, which reminds me that one of my friends in school had their house burned down during Thanksgiving. O.G., you sound like this a good thing or was that sarcasm?

it was karma, because that person has been a bitch to the school for a while, and now shes not going to be living there...

and heres how it happpened:

She had started burning a pile of leaves and garbage, and didnt notice that she had a fucking propane tank right next to the fire. it blew up, and caught the house on fire.

I've got a week and a half until school starts... my time's almost up!

Not very many sites at my school are blocked, or at least ones that I would go to. Albino Black Sheep is, but I figured out a way to get there anyway... I hope I can remember it this year. Anyway, I'll still be able to drop by this board during some lunches, or before school.

"We have no detaining system of discipline either..unless you count holding buckets of water xD (please tell me some of you get that t_t)"

I... have no idea how that is discipline... but no, none of my schools do that. I'm pretty sure.

I want a mini-resturant in our school. Going there if you don't like lunch's food.
