My College (Not a university, a JC) starts August 15th I want to go and I'm excited but then Im like "Blah " because not very big changes with living at home and all still and no job but yeah..I'll still try to keep up with the posting and it'll still be as active as ever  . |

| Aug 23rd for myself Besides seeing my girlfriend less and less time to do things, I dont have a problem with school. I live in a small town and every knows each other. Its for the most part a good time. Only bad part is after school is 6 hours of work. |

| Yeah, hearing te speech 7 times or more gets on your nerves. Also, they make us read the stupid student handbook which is the same thing as in the same dress code and other rules in every update. I even put "No one reads the Student Handbook" in pen when I got it today. | |||

| I remember those speeches of the student handbook every year, going over the same things like they changed it and actually giving us a copy like we're going to look over it. "Oh! Look..at this school code, isn't it something?" Nothing too much like that today with the first day of college..it was okay..different..in an okay way. | |||

Hm..I got the speeches freshman year, but I didn't hear them much last year. I guess the teachers accepted that we know the rules by now.  I start in just a little over a week.. I guess I'm sort of looking forward to it, sort of not. Summer has been fun, but the school year will end the sooner it starts. |

| We used to have like a home room type class where they had nothing else to go over so they went over that and made us read them or do an activity with them..I hated..so much that um..I even forgot what they called it now..oh yeah Advocacy. My same teacher I had for 3-4 years always did the lesson plans too..at least twice if she forgot |

| I don't have a homeroom at my school, I think that really helps with avoiding repeated speeches. On the first day now, I have homework. Teachers don't waste their time with speeches anymore. |
