Anyone heard of or actually watched this short film. I saw it on Attack of the Show so I looked it up online. Found the trailer...and all i can say is..."Wow I think Im 30% more insane" Im thinking of buying the actual DVD, it comes with a 42 page Art Book, which couldnt be shown on Tv...too disturbing

I posted it in the Flash thread that's stickied in Crazyness.

But I think it's definitely warrants a thread on it's own.

EDIT: Here we are.

I thought it was excellent. By the way, if you like this you might like the Aphex Twin video "Come to Daddy".

Oh yes, there's also an article on Snopes about this project as well.

I like the part of the song where there is a short bridge-pause starting up again where Rubber Johnny does a line of coke.
It makes me chuckle.

Ok I watched it and it didnt seem all that creepy to me. Sure it was wierd but Ive seen MUCH freakier stuff.

I actually found it funny in alot of parts. Like the snorting coke, or just the way he was dancing.

The friekest thing Id say is just the concept of a shape shifting boy being locked in a basement by his parents.

It is pretty funny, actually. Mostly that his while his redneck parents are away, Rubber Johnny... dances? In a wheelchair?

But Chris Cunningham does have some rather, ahem... distinctive work. Shame he's not doing any music videos anymore. We'll just have to figure out which ads he's done (he did NOT seriously do the Levi's ad where everyone keeps putting on the same pair of jeans to the dulcet tones of Basement Jaxx... right?).

Plus, that night vision intro is twisted enough to rock.
