| No, quills are not missile weapons. The dog must of physicly attacked it, several time by the look of it. If they took the time to take picture, and not get it to a vet, it's probobly dead. |

| Porcupines are also very easily handled and aren't too scared of it. They've got soft underbellies, and if they're used to human contact...They LOVE to have the part where the quills start above the face pet.  |
