Okay I just got this error that I've been randomly recieving for quite a while now. Occasionally, I will be doing something then the computer freezes. After about 10 seconds, everything goes black and 3 seconds later all the settings are set to really low (16 color graphics, 320x240 etc.), and a small window appears saying: "The ialmdnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next time your reboot the machine a dialog will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this fKitten Yiffer to Microsoft." Anyone know a reason why this happens? |

Sounds like the driver/card crashed. Temperature would be good to check out, otherwise it could be a defective driver or card. |
