Pokemon: Dark Vision

Features:
New Starters (Houndoom, Remoraid, and Pineco)
New Maps
New City Names
Specialized Route Names (Not just 1,2,3,etc)
New Pokemon Type: Shadow (Maybe more)
New Pokemon...mostly Shadow Type
All New Gym Leaders
All New Elite 4
Most Trainers Pokemon Will be Changed
New Sprites
New Legndaries...All Shadow Type

Storyline:
Team Night and Team Dark want darkness - total darkness - and they will stop at nothing to get it. They have created a new SHADOW type of Pokemon using genetic material from Dark, Ghost, and Psychic Pokemon. You are starting you pokmeon adventure must control this new breed before both teams destroy you.

Also Dark/Psychic/Ghost/Shadow Pokemon Have been roaming around the entire region. Watch out they are on high levels and can hurt you if your pokemon are not strong enough

EX: High Level Umbreons on Coro Road. (Hint...Hint...)

Well...that part is still in the work. I am still trying to get it to work right but it should work out once the next beta is released...

I think what I am gonna do is replace Dark, Ghost, and Psychic to Shdw, Shadw, and Shadow. Cuase the whole thing is about Team Dark and Night changing those types into Shadow Pokemon. That way I won't have to change alot of Pokemon types.

Well I have been hacking for a year but I never got into the real experienced stuff. Do you have any other ideas that could help me with making this new type?

Not really sure this would work but in theory it might.
Copy all of the data for the type names
Then put them in some blank offset and add your new one at the end. Then repoint the old pointer to the new one. Then select the new types and see what happens

I appreciate the suggestion, but I can't use it. Unless I get an experienced hacker to go in on this project with me, I can only do what I am capable of....which is not much. xD But thanks for not flaming this hack like you did my last one.

I think I wrote something about types under the name of Zidane when Puddus Maykia was just destroying Ruby/Sapphire. It may or may not have explained how to add a type (seeing as pretty much everything I wrote included ways to add what was being edited XD). When my new motherboard comes in (the computers around here apart from mine don't have the resources to run GBA roms), I can re-explore types after figuring out Gold/Silver's map linking data.

Mmm.. copying the data from another type would be good... but I have another idea, find the type weakness for the attacks and edit the "???" types that are for Curse and the not-yet-hatched eggs. Well, an edition of the ??? tye is what I though when reading about the new type. Editing other types is no good, and less 3 types
