| The guy does super-ultra moves in all levels on SMB1. (In one segment! W00t!) I promise you it is worth watching it. IT'S TOO COOL! First, you need to download Virtual NES to watch the movie. The format of the movie is this emulator. This means obviously you need an SMB1 ROM also. Edit:Make sure the ROM version is "[JU][!]". (Thanks to Kawa-Oneechan for the version info!) http://www.angel.ne.jp/~kisaraka/virtuanes/bin/virtuanes092e.zip (WARNING - it is a link to the emulator, obviously, not to the ROM.) OK? Then, you go to this guys site(for credit of the movie.) http://www.mana3535.com/mario/index.html The movie file is here. http://www.mana3535.com/mario/m1atmana2-01_Super_technique_play(Mana).zip OK? Now, open VNES, then open SMB1, then drag&drop the movie file into the screen. ENJOY!!!!!! After going through 3 different versions of the ROM, I've finally found one that doesn't cause VirtuaNES to open a message box with some engrish text  As for the movie itself, I didn't see anything I found amazing in level 1-1, but in 1-2, however, I found the tricks he was doing to be pretty neat. Especially jumping off the wall and through the ceiling. Nothing really special in the following two levels either  Tiny Fire Mario in 2-1 was definitely cool  Same thing goes for the way he completed the level. I'd type more, but I'll leave it up to whoever wants to see the movie to find out just what sort of glitches and tricks he uses.I was rather expecting another speed run of the game, but this is a nice difference (edited by Karadur on 07-14-05 09:45 AM) |

| Really? It worked perfectly with my ROM. He never died, and he went to 8-4. Maybe your ROM is dirty... you can wash it with YY(creator of yy-chr)'s SMB ROM washing tool. | When I drag the movie after I opened SMB1, here's the message I still get. Because recorded CRC is different, there can be the thing that cannot playback normally. Do execute? Yes, with the square of dots surrounding it. No The square of dots mean that it's recommanded to select yes. |
