Some friends and I are going somewhere for Spring Break. Not sure where. I have tickets for The Price is Right for this Wednesday. Canada would be cool. We can afford both and we have the time to do it (Spring Break). So, which should we do?

Well, it cold in Canada, but you could go and visit Ace. But...you could also win prizes on TPiR.

I'd pick the second one.

I'd go for the second one... if you were to go to Canada, where in Canada would you go?

some advice for going to TPiR: be enthusiastic but be yourself that is how the people at TPiR choose the contestants that appear on the show

The Price Is Right. Used to be one of my favorite shows, before I stopped watching TV altogether.

Listen, if Frank15 was here, he'd tell you to go with TPiR, because that is the best choice.

And the American way. Damnit.

Not voting. Canada would be fine (I'd guess you'd head up to Vancouver or something), but TPiR would probably be extremely fun.

You'd have to show up really early for contestant screening though.

Or is going to Canada, and oogling (eye humping) our beautiful women, purchasing things for far cheaper, and just enjoying the awesomeness of Canada not American? Or is it too American for you? You Russian Communist!

Dude, BUY CANADA. Lots more money can be gotten from tourist attractions in Canada than can be gotten from The Price is Right, which isn't even that popular, and gives away almost as much as it takes in.

TPiR is a huge show. EVERYONE WATCHES...

And buying Canada...Oh, I worked this out once...It's something like 1.9 trillion dollars to purchase all of the land of the nation. At Crown value. But with private owners, that number doubles. And then the purchase of the building...

Yeah, it came to 6 trillion dollars...At least that's what my math teach figured.

Off topic, but:

A communist is someone who believes in the Marxist theory. So there is nothing wrong with communists. You are thinking of a Russian TOTALITARIAN, which claimed to be communist, but truly weren't. Anyway, um, go buy a jukebox, because that was the only choice you put on the poll that you didn't mention anything of.

Canada will last for quite a few years; Bob Barker might not.

See him while you got the chance.

And me, and Frank 15, and most members of this board...

I know of totalitarianism. And they weren't even Commies. They were socialists.

It's just a good old American stereotyping joke. If you aren't patriotic...You're a Russian card carrying red Commie. Or a Muslim.
