| Having had cancer, and given prior history (See: London Explosion thread wherein staff flamed someone for making a ill-timed comment and were forgiven because "it was a tense time" or whatever), I believe this is where I SHOULD get a free pass to flip out on you. But I'll refrain, and merely say that really isn't funny at all. |

| Geico. Seems more like a joke to me than an actual company. A not very funny joke. Sure, some of the commercials are all right...like the very first one...but I fear commercials now, in case I actually start to enjoy it or be interested in the product, only to have it be a stinking Geico commercial. | |||

| My dad called geico to get a bid on how much insurance would cost for my car with them. Then he called a few other places, including State Farm. State Farm's insurance was almost $300 a year cheaper. GEICO LIES. The commercials were funny at first a little, but now I can't stand it. That slogan and the guy's voice, dear god. |

Does anyone remember the "Tiny House" one? That one was actually really cool. A reality show like that would be awesome. The first time I saw it, I was like, this is awesome. Then the geico thing comes up and I'm like damn, that was such a good idea! Why does geico do this to us...why .We had switched our (my dad anyway) car insurance from geico to something else...not sure what ...because we found a cheeper one. Geico needs to check out their rates again, and adjust accordingly. |
