No no no, I'm not having a problem with the scrolling - I'm having a problem with Layer 2 itself. It always says *Layer 2 is an image, use the Background Editor.* I want to make layer 2 that black screen (like in Vanilla Dome 1's second screen) How would I do this? And would that enable me to put those yellow bricks that when you step on them they sink? Thanks

Yes it would enable you to do that and it is very easy to do. Just change the level header from 00 to 07 I think it is. You access the level header by clicking Mario's head on the main LM window. I am fairly sure that is correct.

EDIT:

You will also need the sink/rise sprite that can be found in the insert sprite menu. Its under the generator catagory, but I'm not sure of the sprite number.
