| Also, this might be unique to our region, but all of our sushi has a "rose bud" of wasabi on the top. Do what they said. Have your first meal wasabi and ginger free. But, I do suggest getting some red bean ice cream for desert (if it is offered). Also, make sure you have green tea or sake rather than pop or something. |

| eh... I should know what it's in the spider roll. I served hundreds of them to people. I think it's either crab or shrimp or both. Either way they were fried. I think it's crab b/c the fried crab legs stick out or something, but it's been a year since I worked at that place. Rainbow rolls are fun, so are Eel or Spicy Tuny Rolls. My personal favorite, though some people find it disgusting, are the Philly Rolls. It's Salmon and Cream Cheese... mmmmm. I would definitely recommend it. I tried California Sushi  ..unless that's what I think it was called..I didn't want to try the real stuff..I shyed away from it. Once went to a Japanese Sushi restaurant..authentic and all but I didn't want to try anything since I'm not much of a fishy in the sea kinda person. I should have at least tired it..but I don't think the teachers would have liked me..vomitting on them..   ..I barely try fish but I'd rather do it in the courtesy of my own home. |

| The thing with wasabi...you either love it, or you hate it. I would not recomend to try it right away. Get a taste for the different flavors of Japanese food first. When you think you have acuired a taste, try a little pinch of wasabi on something. It is just that if you end up not liking it, it might turn you off fromt he rest of the food, so that is why I say try it last ^^; | |||

| Eel roll is tasty. I also like the rolls that have that white sticky sauce in them? And the ones that also have those tiny little red fish eggs in them are also pretty good. Other than that sushi is very bland, even with the wierd soy sauce that comes with it. It would be nice to have it with some different kinds of sauces/dips. | |||

| I like Sake-Maki (Maki-Sushi in general), along with a Asahi or Kirin beer, and probably a Miso Soup along - that is nice And about wasabi, I like it if it is really hot, other than else it sucks And these white ... leaves (?) alyways should be eaten to neutralize the taste when you take the next roll. |

| Heh, on the topic of this kind of food - hae any of you heard of fugi? I think it's called that, but from what I heard it's a type of poisonous fish that must be prepared perfectly before eaten. It's also really expensive or something...but probably worth tasting, if people still go for it. |
