Well, Zelda's was probably the most annoying.

I remember the final battle in MGS being the worst moment for me, and i actually bought a new dual shock controller for it, and wound up breaking it out of frustration.
another moment that did that was in Castlevania CotM with dracula, i wasn't strong enough, and i kept dying and that always pissed me off. I dont think i ever beat that game...

Weirdest: GTA Vice City I was playing it when out of nowhere Tommy Vercetti just runs by himself for hours. Yes I checked the controller, yes I blew in it, yes I switched controllers.
Saddest: Pokemon Ruby.I raised my team to level 100 I had all 386 legit well Missingo wasn't legit >.> But any way my team was level 100 I had the ultimate amount of money when the battery messed up and I lost my save!

Just a hunch here since I have no idea what MissingNo does on the GBA games, but... doesn't Nintendo always warn people not to try mess with the Pokemon data for fear that the save game data will get corrupted?

Colleen, I personally have never seen it, but I've heard that there is a major missingno-esque glitch in the game.

Oh man, missingno brings back memories. Memories of thinking, "Holy crap! What's this?!". And then random game freezes. Bleh.
Still. Infinite rare candies were worth it.

Yeah, that was fun. Messing around with it and seeing what weird things I could get the game to do... Found a way to have a Rhydon with 65,000 HP that was always at level 192. Good times.
