| Forte looks and notices a strange fighting pattern, but takes on the defensive side. He began spinning fast. "Mind if I get some help now?" ForteZero, who was fighting over the cyber popcorn Zero brought with him, heard his brother, and jumped down. "Iron Reaver Soul Stealer!" ForteZero made an attempt to slash at the remaining Zraku, but keeping his distance on the leftover energy dancing in the air, the shades he wore now attached to his helmet. Forte on the other hand, had summoned up twisters during the spin, hoping the winds would blow them off their feet for his brother to take them down with Inuyasha's famed attack. While doing so, Forte takes less damage until he stops spinning around in place. "More popcorn for me..." Zero said before he happily began munching down, sorta like a pig. (OOC: big sweatdrop) OOC: ForteZero has now entered the fray. As you may have noticed, ForteZero's basic attack is a copied move from the anime show InuYasha. BTW Schwa, ForteZero's voice is the same as Inuyasha. ^^; made typo correction (edited by Forte.EXE on 07-16-05 01:05 AM) |

OOC: I don't watch InuYasha.  This post was hard to write because I couldn't tell which Zraku ForteZero attacked.The targeted Zraku, having stood ready, was able to leap out of the way. "Psi Pulse!" Zraku 1 aims her head upward, and fires three energy grenades out of her mouth. The grenades fall 7 feet to the opposite side of the sphere trail, and when they hit the ground they send ripples of powerful gravity in all directions. Though these waves do no damage, they're very good at sending anything (except the 3 Zrakus) flying, and in this case ForteZero and GospelForte would be sent flying right into the trail of spheres if they didn't react. (If one of them touches a sphere, they take medium damage but the sphere stays there.) Also, since GospelForte is spinning in a twister, friction should be lower for him and he'd get sent flying harder if the gravity wave hit him. The Zrakus seem to not be affected by the twister... but as the wind picks up, if one could look reeeeeeal closely, Zrakus 1 and 3 seem to be flickering ever so slightly, which gets more noticable as the wind picks up. Dimmensional Glow fades. At the same time, the trail of spheres starts to sparkle more brilliantly, almost agressively. Something is about to happen with them... |

| "Shit!" ForteZero cursed, "Special Ability: AT (Absolute Terror) Field!" Using Leviathan's special barrier technique, he brought one up. Forte stopped and flew just behind his brother one second before the gravity waves struck. Noticing that some of the clones were losing balance, atleast that's what it looked like to him, he used Blades of Bugs, and sent another wave of Sonic Booms at them at a fast rate. Up above somewhere close to the gravity waves... "Damn that gravity if affecting me, I'm gone!" ZERO LOGGING OUT Zero logged himself out, vanishing in a shower of pixels, and back to his reploid body located at David's home, leaving the White and Black Shadow alone at the Uranet. ForteZero did his best holding up the barrier, which does somewhat perfectly for gravity based attacks, atleast from his experience with Gravity Beetle two months ago. |

| Zrakus 2 and 3 easily leap out of the way of Blades of Bugs-- but the instant they go airborne, they're sent flying in an uncontrollable direction. Zraku 1 can't dodge in time, and is lightly singed by the attack, and before you know it-- poof, gone. Zrakus 2 and 3 land on their backs, which damages them-- presto, Zraku 3 vanishes, since it was damaged. Zraku 2, the real one, lands on her back and skids a few feet before rolling over and back on her fours. "That didn't hurt much... Something is wrong. Schwa shouldn't have had THAT mouch trouble with you, especially now that you're powered up... We'll see how long you last after Astro Halo's legacy has left it's mark. HAH!!" Zraku's eyes light up like a strobelight, and the entire field of green spheres are launched into GospelForte's general area, one at a time in half-second intervals. Each sphere would do medium damage if it hit, but there are many of them and dodging them ALL is next to impossible, since the area they cover is meant to be wide... Zraku stands ready for a while, and right after the last sphere passes, Zraku runs in for a fast tackle, etheral claws outstretched-- a basic melee attack for basic damage. |

| ForteZero cursed under the strain of the lights blasting against the AT Field. Though the attacks do medium damage and were abosbing them, ForteZero gets the recoil of basic damage when an attack of that magintude strikes the barrier. Forte flew out, after making sure his brother was ok, and dashed at Zraku, morphing his hands into his Blades of Bugs. ForteZero, slightly recovering from that barrage of light (no not his HP -.-), he tried to talk to Zraku telepathically. "You wonder why Schwa was beaten by my brother? When he used an attack and was faster than QuickMan on top speed, Forte snapped, thinking that Schwa was the white haired black angel of destruction; Sephiroth. He recieved multiple damage hits when my brother went nuts, but I helped him before he could delete him. After I used a vaccine chip to cure him from his beserk status, I vanished and that's all I know of from that point." ForteZero didn't know if she got that message, since he's not a psychic, but he got up anyway and didn't worry about it. He also wondered what QuickMan would say if he heard him say that one phrase, "QuickMan on top speed". "Special Weapon: Annihilator Hadoken!" ForteZero's color scheme switched. From what they were, he now became white, yellow, and crimson colored. He flew off at a fast speed. Forte sensed him, and ceased attack, moving away. If this surprised Zraku, what happened next was that ForteZero swung his fist, and launched a huge beam of energy at point blank range when he got some distance in Zraku's path. Zero was at David's home, in his reploid body, watching the battle continue on David's computer monitor through a PET window. David left because there was trouble brewing at the Bank of Electopia on 307th street a mile north from his home, and Alia was watching her soaps in the living room. "I wonder if they'll win round two... or if that Zraku fox like creature will," he continued watching, eating some popcorn, and sipping on Crystal Soda, cherry flavored. If Zraku uses some sort of move that slightly reminds Forte of Sephiroth... |

| Zraku tenses for GospelForte's attack, but when he ceases, it throws him off. She can't dodge in time for Haddoken, and she is hit for more than half force, enough to throw her on her back a few feet away with some good damage. She then quickly rolls back to her feet. "So you decided to play it two on one? How dishonorable... Still, I can take both of you." Zraku then secretly activates one of her automatic effects-- Passion. She doesn't attack. |

| "Nah, I think fo it as 'working as a team'," he began, a smile forming on his face, "See, I knew you were stronger than your friend Schwa, I'll give you that much. So I was calculating a plan. Since your "Blink" (quotation fingers included) ability allows you to overwhelm your opponent, I called in my little brother. While the energy you created was slamming against the AT Field, I told ForteZero what to do once your clones were dealt with. With that, the rest is history, I "attack", then move away, catching you off-guard with my brother's Annihilator Hadoken Special Weapon." "Yeah, I have more Special Weapons than you think. Special Weapon: Sniper Missiles!" ForteZero changed from the white and crimison color, to a army camoflauge color, green, brown, black, and desert sand mica. Forte took to the skies, while ForteZero let out a yell, as about a dozen of missiles with slight homing capabilities flew out from his back (what it looks like to Zraku) and were heading towards her. In the air, Forte morphed one of his busters into a small version of Gospel's head, the back of the throat emmiting a dark blue color. He then attacked with raging blue flames, in which this case, had the aqua element. ForteZero, after attacking with Sniper MIssiles, switched to Volt Tornado. The color scheme changed from army colors, to a bright blue, gold, and light green color, but doesn't attack. With Aqua Gospel coming from the sky, and a dozen missiles that looked like mass weapons of miniture destruction, what would Zraku do now? |

| As soon as Sniper Missles are launched, Passion is activated! With one quick flash of light, Zraku changes color-- from a blue fox into a purple one. She is now Homing Zraku for several turns. Aiming her head upward, she releases a large energy blast from her mouth-- that heads for the mass of missiles, plows through (most of) them, and heads upward to GospelForte, homing in on him for medium damage if it connects. (It should reach him after the Aqua Flames have been fired. Some of the missiles, along with the Aqua Flames, are still on their way to Zraku. Zraku darts foward and begins zigzagging, dodging the flames and trying to put distance between the missiles as she prepares to attack them again. "Teamwork is fine... but it just makes that many more targets for your opponent to hit. Chain Lightning is a famous spell specifically to counter teamwork... Makes you think, don't it?" |

| Forte ceased fire on Aqua Gospel and quickly threw his wings in front of him. The attack connected, but only 30% damage was cut out. He was blasted back onto a nearby platform, where he landed to catch his breath. Down below, ForteZero began to spark with electricity, then started spinning around at a very fast rate. This produced an electrical tornado to form around ForteZero. Volt Tornado is an defensive type of weapon, damage either being cut down to half, or minimal damage if Zraku attacked him while he was in that state. But if that happens, any type of connection made by his opponent results in an electrical shock of moderate to low damage. Hmm... she changed differently now... Forte thought to himself. He got up, morphed his right arm into his Dark Arm Blade, and fired off several Sonic Booms, before disabling the sword, bared his claws, and began flying down right behind his attacks. Zero was enjoying the show quite well, having a first row seat in front of David's computer, with what looks like food scattered all around. "Good thing I'm recording this moment," the blond reploid like swordsman said to himself. That Zraku person is doing quite well, she amazes me. Must remember to train myself like that when it's safe to re-enter the net again. |

| Zraku launches a small flurry of her own homing projectiles, energy spheres, to destroy the remaining missiles. Then she turns to face the sonicbooms... tries dodging, but right after attacking it's hard. She takes a direct hit. "Grrr... Zraku Spite!" (echo effects) A dark grey field of ether immediately erupts out of thin air around GospelForte. As long as he is in this field, the tornado surrounding him will deteriorate at a fast rate. The ether is made to cling to the tornado as well, so a Dispelling ability is basically the only effective option, but again, it would have to be kind of advanced-- and performed quickly enough to spare part of the barrier it's deteriorating. Zraku jumps to the side and barely avoids the swooping attack. She seems to be getting tired out. |

| "What the?" ForteZero spotted Zraku surround his brother in some form of twister. He launched the Volt Tornado out at Zraku but at a desparate term, then, "Special Ability: Iron Griever!" his color scheme returning to normal, his right fist were encased in a mix of gold, bronze, and silver, An armor plating that was silver, his fingers were bronze, and the rest gold. It grew two times his size, and he jumped into the air. Aimming at the grey field, he swung his fist. Since Epsilon was an energy absorbing Supervirus before he met his doom by Axl and Sean, Iron Greiver had "absorbed" the grey field. Forte was free from it, but has taken damage before ForteZero came to his rescue. The Black Shadow was out, but ForteZero still continued his onslaught. Re-aimming his direction, he divebombed Zraku, the fist aglow with grey energy. Before he got within punching distance, "Special Weapon: Nine Fragements!" He changed back to the white and crimson color scheme, his fist returning to its normal size. as quickly as that happened, he drew out his Forte Sabers, and began stabbing and slashing rapidly at her, emmiting a battle cry. "Ninetails second attack... Heh. But I don't remember giving him Ninetails' data for Nine Fragments," Forte said to himself, watching his brother slash and stab Zraku with all he's got. He then flew away a bit, created his Dark Aura, and began charging energy. I'll have to ask how he got that weapon data later... "I hate bank robbers..." David muttered, entering his room and plopping down on his bed. He was tired. Just before another fight began, Alia went downstairs, and he was called to help with an investigation, and track down three amature bank robbers. He then noticed a bunch of empty popcorn buckets in a corner, and a blond person sitting at his computer, "Zero?" "What?" He replied. He then noticed the empty popcorn buckets, "Oh yeah, sorry." David only grumbled, before he got up and went over to the computer, brushing a strand of hair that was blue out from between his eyes, yawning, "Who's winning?" Zero shrugged, "Don't know, but the fox person, Zraku, seems to be getting tired." David nodded, before he fell to the ground in a thud, exhausted. Zero looked and sweatdropped, but left him there. |

| "This ain't good for me..." Zraku easily sidestepped the Volt Tornado; being a spirit, she specializes in countering against energy attacks. But she knew, as ForteZero closed in for a sword attack, that there was no way she could avoid it in time... Ricki goes ballistic. "Zraku!!! You need my help! Just say it!" "Hurrr... No. I'll delete him myself. Get the hell away from the PC." "Gah! That's it! EnergyRift Battlechip!" "Ricki, NO!!" Ricki thrusts a blue Battlechip into the USB slot, and Zraku flashes once as several spheres of energy appear around her in a ring, spinning fast. The ring positions itself in the way of ForteZero's lunge, stopping him (and hurting him if he actually connects). That gives Zraku time to jump to the other side of the field. "Damn you, Ricki! I told you not to help me! A spirit does not need help from a mortal!" "Really? Well, in that case, who's winning the battle?" Tense pause. "You're tiring out. Forte will win. You'll most likely end up just like Schwa-- deleted." Suddenly... "Deleted... Schwa... Deleted... Rrrrrrrr... ...rrrrrRRRAUGH!!!" Zraku loses it! She has gone into the same enraged state as Forte once did. Eyes glowing red, she attacks Forte by darting around him at godlike speed, firing homing energy spheres three at a time from various angles... ...She seems to be traveling "faster than QuickMan at full power", and the spheres kind of resemble bombs that Schwa used earlier... OOC: There's your window.  |

| "HOLY SHIT!!" Forte cursed, as he began dodging her attacks, the aura he lifted up earlier before the beserk rage supressing half of the damage. ForteZero noticed she went after his brother, and dashed after her. When he got withing striking distance, he started to rapidly slash and stab her with all he's got. He is still using Nine Fragments Special Weapon. Forte, deciding not to charge for three minutes (turns) went for Earth Breaker, which he thrust his fist forward since she was within close range. "Oh my god..." Zero muttered in shock. There was a few windows, three atleast, all with status on the fighters. Zraku's status aliment read "Beserk", "She's gone nuts..." He stood up in shock, as he suddenly held his finger out, and a small red beam shot out, before Zero slumped over. Up above, Zero jacked himself into the net, and appeared in a shower of pixels, overlooking the resulting attack Forte did. OOC: You've been gone for awhile, took a little break from Acmlm? |

| OOC: Went on vaccation to South Oregon. I've also been playing Megaman BN 4 (Red Sun), because my brother bought the game for me. I'm glad I gave it a try, it's an awesome game, and even though my brother is on Game 4 and I'm on Game 2, I beat him 3 times in a row, no holding back. Aw, you didn't take the window? Well, guess I'll make an obvious one... Zraku takes light hits here and there with Nine Fragments, but she's moving so fast the sword attacks glance off, damaging her but only lightly and unnoticably. Earth Breaker never connects. "I'll delete you, Forte... Just like Sephrioth did. I will absorb the energies of your soul and give it to Sephrioth as a trophy!" Zraku intended to press his buttons with that remark. She wants him MAD. Zraku's purple color fades out and becomes blue again as she attacks again, with a sweep of wide ether across one section of the field fired from her mouth, above average damage for a hit. Meanwhile... "Geez! Zraku doesn't even know who Sephrioth is! Zraku, don't push it!" Ricki calls, but he is unheard by the enraged spirit... |

| The attack missed, but The White Shadow was able to dodge it easily, by bending backwards, the fist flowing near his face... talk about a close shave, "That was close..." ForteZero said. Forte looked over at Zraku, as he stood next to his little brother, who quickly recovered from the little shock, and was up and ready. "Damn," he mutters. ForteZero stood there with his Forte Sabers drawn. Forte's vaccine chip he was given earlier (but he doesn't know yet) was staring to wear off, as he suddenly felt a soft rage of power within him. "Ready bro?" ForteZero asked. Forte nodded softly, but was wordering about the sudden power that entered him. He didn't use his Get Ability Program except for when he copied the Alpha Psibeam attack earlier from Schwa before he was finished off in battle. He quickly shrugged it off, and morphed his hands into his Dark Arm Blades. ForteZero took a small step, then dashed off very quickly away from the battle. Forte swung his blades through the air, sending black Sonic Booms towards Zraku. ForteZero stood ready, still dashing waiting for the opprotunity to strike. When the Sonic Booms were just about to reach the target, the White Shadow dashed in and rapidly assaulted her with Nine Fragments. Zero was watching the fight, keeping an eye on the two Shadow's HP level, and on Zraku's as well. But he was a bit concerned with something, "What was that sudden feeling I felt earlier... Hmm, no matter, it's gone anyway." He still wondered what that energy was, and was wondering if ForteZero felt it as well. I hope that wasn't Forte's Dark Soul emerging again... |

| Zraku keeps an eye on the sonicbooms, but her main target is ForteZero. She runs along the edge of the arena, dodging the projectiles, and runs at ForteZero as he runs at her! 12 feet away, she leaps forward and flashes white, teeth and claws outstretched... "Connection Shatter!!" (echo effects) If this fierce tackle connects with ForteZero, the attack will do heavy physical damage to ForteZero as well as heavy Psychic damage to anyone he cares for nearby-- in this case, Forte. Meanwhile, Ricki notices something... "Zraku, your HP is rapidly draining by itself!" "Quiet!" And she zaps Ricki with psychic energy. Ricki falls out of the chair, unconscious. Immediately a firend of his nearby cancels his NetBattle with someone else and rushes to his side. Ricki was right-- Zraku's HP is draining on it's own. This is because her anger is destroying her. In a few turns, she'll be out. |

| "Chameleon Sting!" He switched weapons, and went invisible... well, not invisible. He turned multicolored, and she somehow went through him, evading the attack. Forte smiled, "Quick thinking..." Zero was also impressed, "Heh, nice one." He then noticed another human presence at the screen, which he looked up, and saw that kid's face. He ignored him shortly and turned his attention back to the fight. ForteZero gotten back to his brother, just a second before the Invis tech. ran out of time, making him solid again, the multi colored lights surrounding his body vanishing. "Special Weapon: Thunder Brigade!" His armor scheme changed to a crimson red, green, and yellow, as he pointed his finger at the dark sky. Seconds later, a flash of light was seen in the distance before hundreds of thunder bolts and lightning sparks came crashing down. On the computer screen, the attack made it "blind" for awhile because of the intense light. Forte has already began charging up energy needed for his ultimate attack. Of course, Zero was at the high platform, twirling his charged attack on his Chain Rod that became a staff; he was near the attack when it happened. "ForteZero you idiot!" He muttered darkly, the spinning of his Chain Rod keeping the stray lightning away from shocking him. OOC: oops... XD Thunder Brigade does high physical electric damage to an opponent. Little space to move, but it can be avoidable, how exactly... I don't know. It also cracks panels. |

| "That's it," Ricki's friend says, "I'm terminating this NetBattle." Zraku doesn't have time to recover from her attack that missed, and the thunderbolts strike all around her and through her... At the last second, Ricki's friend presses a button on the keyboard, and Zraku disappears, gone from the battle. The friend's voice speaks to Forte and ForteZero. "You better give a good reason for ganging up on that blue fox-like Navi. I'm an Official Investigator, and I'll have you both deleted in a second if you don't whip into shape. Now, who are your operators? Start talkin'." At the same time, a Navi jacks into the area... the boy's Navi. This Navi looks like a cross between a sea admiral and a secret agent-- PirateMan. Many have heard of PirateMan's battle techniques, which are legendary. OOC: There, you won twice, but you sorta cheated by using 2 characters against one in the second round... I don't mind a whole lot, but I do plan on keeping the conclusion interesting. |

| OOC: Ok then. They watch Zraku vanished in a beam of light, as Forte stopped his charge and released the energy at a group of Mettaur3 EX viruses, deleting them, "The battle's over I guess..." After releasing his stored energy he was hoping to use on Zraku, that's when a new Navi entered the UraNet, and when the boy at the computer demanded an explaination. Zero jumps into the air from the high platform he was on, flips around like an acrobat, landing next between ForteZero and Forte. ForteZero steps forward, disabling his Special Weapon. He opens his palm, and he reveals some sort of 3D ID to PirateMan. The icon was the symbol of the .EXE Maverick Hunters, "I'm ForteZero, leader of the 17th Unit Division, Zero and Forte are from the 0th Special Unit. Were .EXE Maverick Hunters. Our operator, is David L. Abbott." ForteZero said to the pirate themed Navi. David was awake when he heard the sound of Thunder Brigade, as a window opened up behind the three Navis, revealing a teenager who was in his late teens. His face showed small signs of fatigue. His hair was black, long in some places, except for a stand of hair that falls between his eyes, they were a striking shade of blue. "ForteZero, what's going on?" he asked, brushing the blue stand away from his eyes. "Some NetNavi named PirateMan who is a Official Investigator appeared after that Zraku fellow was beaten," The White Shadow replied, putting away the ID program. "Really? Must be that new branch of Officials from Net Savior HQ," He directs his attention to the NetNavi called PirateMan, and to the boy at the window screen behind PirateMan, "ForteZero is my NetNavi, I'm David L. Abbott, .EXE Maverick Hunter. Zero and Forte used to be solo Navis, but they willinly decided to become mine." He holds up three PETs; one was black, purple and white (ForteZero), the second was black, gold, and dark grey (Forte), and the third were shades of red and white (Zero). The icons on each PET, the first a circle that looks like Forte's icon, only it has some sort of red curved "S" beneath the white slash, the icon on the second PET was the same, only without the red "S", the third PET had the icon designed as a special "Z". Zero looks over at PirateMan, his hand over his Z-Saber, he was cautious. Forte only glared at him before crossing out of Soul Unison, returning to normal, and Gospel, the multibug organism appearing behind the Black Shadow. Forte also mysteriously donned his brown cloak again. ForteZero was also cautious of PirateMan, his hands over his Forte Sabers. They looked at the sea bearer with question, as if they seen him before, like De'ja vu or something. He couldn't be the same PirateMan RockMan and the others defeated a year ago... Hmm... and whats with the power coming from Forte... I'll analyze it later. I need to find out more about this "PirateMan" fellow, and who that kid is, he thought to himself. As he waited for PirateMan to begin talking, he was accessing a link to Mr. Famous at SciLabs, and to Signas at .EXE Maverick Hunter HQ to fill out a report. | PirateMan walks up to ForteZero and stops about 10 feet away. "So you're a Mav Hunter... Noble." The boy's voice is heard again. "Okay, you're Maverick Hunters... What was that blue fox you deleted? That was no virus, it definitely had a strong energy signature, much too strong to be a virus..." Ricki starts waking up. "That... ugh... That was... Zraku, a spirit." "A spirit? Hmm... Maybe we need to investigate this incident. Spirits showing up on the Net isn't good..." "It was Black Earth! Whaddya expect?" "Oh... But still, it's not good. PirateMan, search the immediate area for anything unusual." PirateMan agilly leaps backward to a higher platform. "Roger." He takes off at a dash down a passage, and is never heard from for the rest of the time Forte and ForteZero are here. "We'll see you again in a few days," the Official tells them. "You'll need to keep an eye out for any more of these kinds of instances. Sorry for my hostility... just doing my job. Good luck." And the Official closes the mic connection. Forte and ForteZero are by themselves now. |
