As he turned around to face whoever was foolish enough to spy on him, his pet Gospel came out from the shadows and growled at the newcomer. "Schwa... what is it that you want?" Forte asks of no importance. |

A figure is following Forte. He is dressed in white, loose clothes and a black blindfold. "Whoa... This place is freaky. Now start talkin'! You looked like a demon from a distance... I could be wrong, and if I am, I apologize... just trying to do my job. If you are, though, prepare to die. Tell the truth, and do not lie." The figure's hands flare with blue, etheral energy. | OOC: I'm back. For some reason, after the days passed when I can post again, the system said I was warned for "creating" ::use quotation fingers on creating:: another account, when I never did anything at all. It's really wierd. The dark Navi laughs at Schwa's fuetle attempt for a fight (don't take this seriously, it's Forte's real character in the RockMan EXE games). "Alright then, the truth is, somehow, you have transported yourself onto the internet. This is the darknest area known to many who fear it as Black Earth. It is a unenternal wasteland of junk data and bugs. Only the net's strongest viruses and shadow Navis reside here in this domain." As Forte began speaking, his body suddenly flared up with a Dark Aura. "Me and my friend Gospel who stands behind me are the strongest here besides RockMan..." Gospel is what many know as a multibug organism. He's a giant dark purplish black wolf mutated of viruses, Navi data, and gigabytes of bugfrags (in other words, common computer bugs). The virus wolf roared, intimitating Schwa as a blast of cyber wind flow by. If looked closely, Schwa could of swore he saw something that looked like a round icon with a deep slash across it on Forte before the cloak covered it again. The Black Shadow laughs again, before his face takes on a more serious look. "By the way Schwa, I am a NetNavi. All those who fear me know me as The Black Shadow, because I show no remorse for weak indiviuals. My real name is Forte... the world's first NetNavi turned on by the humans... but enough with the chatter, I shall delete you and absorb your power to add to my own!" With that, he surprises Schwa by blasting him with Darkness Overload. Apparently, while he spoke, he was charging energy to toss at his enemy once he finished speaking. Gospel helped his master by launching a blast of green fire from its mouth. (Darkness Overload is a widespread darkness based attack. Green Fire = Wood based flames, Wood Gospel. The Dark Aura is a defensive barrier. Regular attacks can't break it. Forte's description is on my profile, and on that thread about posting your Sim-Battle character profiles. OOC: You made your first mistake. Energy charging must be done over turns, not length of posts. Easy to let slide this time, but no do again.  "Nice!" Schwa folds his arms across his body as his whole body flares brightly with blue ether. The damage is lowered quite a bit, and though Schwa took small damage he shows no signs. "If you are not Evil, I have no intention of "deleting" you, Forte. But it's time I introduce myself as well... "I am Schwa, Psi Warrior and embodyment of Good. My soul is infused with the Living Assets, Virtue, Respect and Honor. No matter how strong you are, I will be stronger. Watch." Schwa holds his right arm in the air, and rainbow-colored ether explodes from it, lighting the entire area with celestial brightness resembling a sun. The ether swirls all over the area, burning images in the mind of those who look directly at the swirls and forms... A few powerful viruses in the area that resemble demons of some kind shield their eyes at the sight of this heavenly sight. The ether dies down after about 12 seconds, and the viruses fall to a kneel and chant something illegible. "And that was less than a fraction of the power of the Living Assets. So I wouldn't brag about power if I were you. Now, should we do battle, I would be incapable of using that kind of force against you... I am a living Psi Warrior, and until I die, my body limits me to an a-hundreth of my true power. It is my SOUL that contains that power, not my body... my soul is stronger than all Holy Gods combined, as is every Psi Warrior in existance. "And that was a powerful attack you used! You too, Gospel! Congrats to both of you... You must be more than elite enough to combat viruses all over the Net. But I can't ignore a comment like "I shall delete you and absorb your power to add to my own". If you did that, you would destroy yourself, for the Living Assets that flow through me are off limits to those who have not been Chosen by them. But the hostility is enough, so... let us do battle. "As it stands right now, I am outnumbered. So what I will proceed to do is summon my guardian angel, Zraku. Come forth, Zraku!" Schwa waves his hands, and a blue portal opens next to him. Something steps out of the portal, and it closes. The creature that entered the area, Zraku, is in the form of a blue fox made of firey ether. It's eyes are silver and full of kindness. "Zraku, this is Forte and Gospel. We will be having a 2 on 2 battle. They are not Evil, so no killing, Zraku." Zraku speaks back, in a telepathic, echoing voice that all can hear. The voice is that of a 25 year old woman. "Thank you for telling me, Schwa... This wolf-creature's presence is enough to... infuriate me..." Schwa puts his hand on the ether-fox's head. His hand is seemingly not hurt. "Easy, Zraku... Sorry Forte, but Zraku takes combat more seriously than I do. This will be a clean two on two fight. You may both attack again, and we will counter. Note that I am not out to kill anyone, but I didn't approve of your comment so this fight is half-sparring, half-revenge. Go." Schwa and Zraku take offensive stances. They are 9 feet away from Forte and Gospel. |

| "Nice pet kid. Hells Rolling!" Two balls of energy appeared in his ahdns, and when he threw them, they turned into spinning wheels of pure darkness. The raced over to Schwa, tearing up the floor panels at the same time. "Gospel, attack!" The megavirus growled before unleashing a devastating blue flames; Aqua Gospel. While the Hells Rolling were inching towards his opponents, "Dark Arm Blade!" Forte clenched his right hand as it morphed into a dark Wide Sword. He jumped into the air, and sent out three black energy waves. Schwa had two things to worry about, the Hells Rolling, and three energy waves made of pure darkness. Likewise, Aqua Gospel (the attack) was directed towards Zraku. |

| OOC: I don't know how powerful the attacks are. I'll assume they're average damage, since they have no drawbacks. Also, you made another mistake... Only one Special Technique per turn (per character, one for Forte and one for Gospel, but Forte used two). We all learn from our mistakes, and you're still learning, so... "Interesting. You haven't fought an embodyment of Good before, have you?" Schwa flares up with blue ether as he fires pure Holy energy at the Hells Rolling attacks. The two opposite forces collide and create a powerful explosion of light and dark. Schwa is engulfed in the blast, and something is happening to him, but it's not clear what... (Should Forte be caught in the blast full on, he should recieve good damage.) Meanwhile, when Gospel attacks Zraku, Zraku counters with an energy blast of her own. Her breath weapon, instead of blue flame like Gospel, is bright purple ether; compressed Psychic energy. It should be about as strong as Gospel's attack, and immediately an explosion occurs there as well, not nearly as powerful as the light-dark blast but still something. Zraku backs up a small bit and is only nicked by the blast. "Do your worst, virus." Schwa then has to deal with the three shockwaves. As the light-dark blast clears, Schwa is glowing rainbow colors. He seemed to have absorbed the light energy from the blast and extracted it from the dark energy! (It damages him a small bit to do this.) He then releases the light energy in the form of a HUGE Holy/Psychic energy beam fired from his palms, which engulfs the shockwaves and destroys them. Schwa had purposely stepped to the side before attacking, though, so the beam wouldn't hit Forte... but why? "See? That's power. You and I are pretty evenly matched. Watch. Gyrowell Advance!" (echo effects) Schwa throws blue ether all over the arena, which swirls around and gathers in front of Schwa in the form of a white energy ball. The ball acts as a Gravity Well, pulling everything but Schwa and Zraku, steadily toward it. (Attacks too.) The force isn't strong enough to be devestating, but Forte and Gospel will have to be careful about how they attack and dodge with the force of gravity slightly diverted. That seems to be all he does... "Can ya keep the heat on?" |

| Paraplayer Eats more popcorn. Everyone once in awhile you can hear giggling from the cardboard bush he's watching from. Suddenly a little flag pops out from the cardboard bush. It's a tiny little flag that says "Go Schwa Go!" with cute little Kittens in the background. Making very distracting popcorn chewing noises and even more annoying slurping noises he continues to watch the fight. |

| OOC: Forte.EXE is a RockMan EXE character that attacks ruthlessly, but at the beginning, he's going easy to see how strong you are. I'm just goin on by the game version of Forte. And who said the Darkness Overload was the charged attack? "While he spoke, he was charging energy to throw at his opponent", Darkness Overload was just a cover-up. And most of the attacks are high damage. A red aura flared up around him as the explosion rushed head-on. The barrier was atleast strong enough to escape with any minorities. He called Gospel back, which the megavirus did so, only suffering moderate damage. "If you thought my Darkness Overload was a charged attack, think again." The Black Shadow's grin was intimidating, as his eyes glimmered. Gospel roared before unleashing a mixture of all its elements -- fire, wood, aqua, and elec -- at the two opponents. Forte's hand was glowing as a ball of energy rushed into it. First it was a small ball, but then it grew atleast three times his own size. "Even if you manage to escape, sooner or later, you'll be brought down!" With that, he threw the gigantic Darkness Bomb down when Gospel ceased it's flames. There was a huge explosion, smoke covering up the battlefield. Gospel growled a bit, as Forte landed on the ground. Hmm... he and his pet may not of survived it... let's see... the Black Shadow thought. OOC: Can you do a fusion? Just wondering cause I'm thinking about bringing about a Soul Unison later in our battle. |

OOC: Merging, I believe, counts as a special technique and is perfectly legal. As for most of your attacks... in my opinion, they're godmodding. Advanced attacks HAVE to have a drawback. Your character has a permenant energy shield AND ultimately powerful attacks that don't require charging. I don't see that as very fair. I know your character is based off a game (one which, sorry to say, I know nothing about  ), but SBing is slightly different from video-games...When two players go at it in a battle, they really should be evenly matched. I kind of bent the limits myself in my last post, actually, but it was only to try and be equally matched with your characters. I would love to continue this fight with you, if possible, but what I will do first is get a mod's opinion on how this turned out. That way you can hear it from a pro, and you'll know I'm not just trying to confuse you. (Summons a mod...) |

| OOC: Here's this. http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=150&page=1 My Profile for all 6 characters. Read this to get a clear view on how a balanced character should be. All 6 characters are unique in various ways, and a firend of mine (Grey) said they were very well-rounded. Just my opinion, but I seriously think you should consider making an origional character. That doesn't mean you can't base it on the Megaman games, but origional characters help you relate to them better. I'm a very serious roleplayer, and when I roleplay, I try and get inside the minds of my creations. I try and see things from their eyes, and when I do that I am in a new world. Origionality helps you do that, and I speak from experience. I PM'd the mod, and he said so far there hasn't been anything we can't work out by ourselves, so... If you don't mind balancing your character just a wee bit, I'd love to continue this match. |

He got on one knee, grasping for breath. Damn, using that attack drained me of my energy... Gospel, worried for his master, walked over to him. "Gospel, head back to Uranet 13." The megavirus wolf growled gently before he turned around, and vanished into the darkness. The Black Shadow could sense that Schwa survived the attack, but how much damage was inflicted, he had no clue. OOC2: For five whole turns, Forte cannot use any charging, or high damaging attacks. That is the Dark Messiah's drawback when used. Let's make this now a one-on-one battle, huh? |

OOC: 1 on 1 is good. I'll read your Profile after we finish this match, so I don't spoil anything.  The fire and explosion engulfs the field. When the smoke clears, Schwa is still standing, surrounded in lavender ether-- the most defensive type. Zraku is transparent. "Sorry, Schwa... I had to return to the Etheral Dimmension to survive. It was too powerful. I have to sit the rest of this fight out." "That's fine... It's 1 on 1 now anyway." Zraku fades out of existance. Schwa, though he doesn't show it, is damaged. "Forte, you are incredibly powerful! But I shall fix that. Crimson Bubble!" (echo effects) Schwa waves his hand, and a red bubble appears 5 feet from Forte's head. It orbits Schwa's foe forever, never changing distance. The orb is smoky red and contains gold wisps of light in high quanity. "It seems I am no match for you... I will do my best, though. This IS just a spar, you know. If I only knew how to use this battlefield to my advantage... Let's see... Internet, eh? I've never been inside the Net before. Aha! That's why I'm having trouble-- new field!" Immediately, Schwa begins going over a plan in his head. OOC: I will try to play the game according to "your rules" from this point on; that is, MMBN style. I may be able to throw in a very interesting mini-plot, too.  |

| What the heck... Forte thought to himself, noticing the bubble. He began thinking up an attack plan in his mind. He then smiles, and raises his right hand into the air, palm open. He holds his right arm in his left hand, and his left and right hand, and right lower arm began glowing a holy type of energy. The glow quickly subsided, and he pointed at Schwa. "Air Burst!" Somewhere in the darkness, a faint light was seen, before two dozen of glowing balls made of holy energy rushed along the ground. They all passed Forte, his cloak being brought out by the rushing wind of the energy, heading towards Schwa. He uses some sort of energy for his defense, I hope it somehow passes through... the Black Shadow thought, keeping an close eye on the orb circling around, That bubble must be used for some sort of purpose if he brought it out... but what could it be... I'll make a quick scan of it with my G.A. Program later... OOC: The Air Burst of a light energy attack. Like it says, it's also part holy energy. The only light based attack Forte has among the dark based attacks. You'll find out what the G.A. Program does later. Hope the mini-plot makes the fight more interesting. BTW, the Air Burst does low basic damage. (5) |

| Schwa readies himself for the attack, grinning. "Holy energy, it looks like? Bro, you're diggin' your own grave today." Schwa flares up with white ether, and all the spheres of Holy energy are actually drawn into him like a magnet! They all damage him, but since it's Holy he feels no pain, AND he resists the damage by 50%. Then, while Forte scans the bubble, it activates! As soon as Schwa finishes receiving damage, the bubble grows bigger, then shrinks again while expelling hundreds of tiny wisps of energy into Forte. Since the bubble is closely orbiting Forte, dodging these wisps is 99.9% out of the question, and they come from every angle. The total damage Forte would receive is equal to the damage Schwa would have received without Holy resistance (so in this case, x2 of the damage Schwa took). After the wisps are gone, Crimson Bubble is still there, but a bit more dull in color, and it is empty of wisps. However... as Forte watches, the bubble is slowly re-filling itself with wisps. In about 3 or 4 turns, it'll be ready to do the same thing again. "Ya like Crimson Bubble? Nothing counters damage better than that thing! I would suggest not using Holy energy to fight an embodyment of Good!" He thinks, "Okay, I got a plan. Need to contact Allaura." Telepathically, he contacts a friend of his, another Psi Warrior. "Allaura, come in. This is Schwa. I need you desperately." "Kinda busy. What do you need?" "Well, I''m trapped inside the Internet. I'm battling a NetNavi with insane battle techniques. I'm doing alright in holding him off, but I got the feeling that if I lose this fight, I'm donefor." "Okay, I'll help you! What do you need me to do?" "Access any computer with Internet access first." Far away, Allaura makes the finishing blow against the Dark Garuda, killing it and ending her mission... only to begin a new one. She rockets toward Civitas Alpha, a high-tech city functioning with the best of the world's computers, a little anxious because she doesn't like computers very much... but Schwa's in trouble, and duty calls... |

| The attack came, and the Navi was damaged from the after effects of that Crimson Bubble Schwa called it. Proving his theory's correct, Forte, now knowing what it does, decided it was time. He quickly dashed up, seeing the bubble follow the same distance circling, but ignored it. He grabbed Schwa's arm, and grinned, staring deep into his soul. He was up close to his face. "Let's see how your powers do well for me, shall we?" His arm began glowing, and Schwa could feel the Navi's presence inside. Forte, after a few seconds, let go, the eerie glow vanishing, and jumped back to his original place. "What I did was used my Get Ability Program (G.A.), and I... "copied" some of your techniques," Forte began to explained to Schwa, "Even if your a pure of heart, EVERYONE has some sort of dark past, or dark soul. You may deny it, but it's true... my brother ForteZero's net-op for example; his parents were killed during a NetMafia attack four years ago, and my brother was his only friend along with that Alia girl he's dating... and living with... he snapped from reality and his soul became dark. It took a year for David to combat the darkness inside and regain his life. As humans say, there's two sides: light and darkness. People who are pure of heart can be tainted with the faintest of darkness, but if your strong, only then can you overcome your own fears, like David did." The Navi's body began glowing an darkness and holy type of energy. "I wonder..." He pointed at Schwa, the index finger glowing red. "How would you fare against your own attack... Alpha Psybeam DS (Dark Soul)!" The glow then erupted into a beam opposite of the holy type and color of Alpha Psybeam. Since it was a copied move, the attack Schwa would normaly use is different. If it connects with the enemy, the damage is at moderate, and may damage part of the battlefield of the Uranet. Some of the dark viruses watching the battle quickly scattered away so they wouldn't be deleted. OOC: Forte's Get Ability Program in Sim-Battles copies one move from my opponent. Once used, I'll need five turns to "rest" (quotation fingers needed) before using it again. I also have to ask you this question, but I'll ask later once were done with our Sim-Battle. | Schwa reads Forte's mind as he approaches, knowing he's going to use Get Ability. He thinks about not giving him the chance, but Schwa decides to play along. He actually holds his arm up for Forte to grab. After Forte's speech, Schwa replies, "So you copied a Psi move. I don't mind you doing that, but be careful; you grabbed my right arm." Schwa smiles as the attack comes right at him... Schwa brings his hands above his head crossed together, as the arc of dark light stops, shimmers, and transforms... That's where the infused Living Assets are stored, if you do recall. That means when you picked up my data, you also picked up some of my Living Assets energy... which I am in control of. Therefore, when you attacked, some of the Living Assets were infused into the attack... and by focusing, I was able to convert your attack's Energy type into the same as mine using the infused energy! Think of it as getting a virus embedded into your PC's system files." Schwa smirks after the speech. "Here comes your own attack! Boomerang, right back at'cha!"
