| The reasion i havnt been on in a long time is because ive been in a lot of pain and stuff.. I was assulted on friday night of the 10th when leaving work, by pablo, the assistant manager of the store i work at.(Just 2 fucking days after i graduated and got my aa!) After a couple of hospital visits im told it could be anyplace between 2 weeks to a year before my brain heals from being shook up and brused.. I havnt improved at all in this time.... I got a lawyer and hes helping me get the workmans comp first and then were sueing pablo and im also trying to make sure the cops investagte this, cuz that night they didn't take me to seriously. Also eversence this ive been having problems from my boss Missy. She's threting my job because I cant get the paperwork from the hospital she wants or some stupid shit and ive given her all I got, ive also discovered shes lied to me about things and I cant believe a word she says, My mom and brother whent in one day to drop a batch of hospital papers off to her, and my mom ask missy what pablo hit me with. Missy told my mom that I was hit with his hand. I had called that day later, after mom got home, not knowing what had happened and in the conversation I was called less of a man for getting a lawyer and shit like that but I asked missy what pablo hit me with and she said she isnt aloud to tell me. So shes lying to me and shit... I made sure to drop off my lawyers card and left a message for her saying that its out of her hands and over her head and Im not dealing with her anymore cuz shes lied to me.... Ive been resting and not doing much because its hard to even take a shower, cuz I get really dizzy and get bad headaches and I cant stand up for longer then a minute or 2 and I have almost no balance GUA it sucks total ass.. Why did he have to hit me... he wouldn't tell me why when I asked him that night.. Ive also been having some shortterm memory loss its minor but very frustrating, unless i concentrate and write it down ill forget anydirections i get and i cant remember the day or time or anything like that... it really sucks Ill be on when i can, when im not fealing as crappy as other times |

| Gawd, that's awful! Well, in my opinion you are well within your rights going about getting compensation / filing against these people. They don't have a right to hit you or anything, and it's appaling that they did.  I'm sorry to hear you're in pain and stuff. Best you can do is try to get a lot of rest, although from the sounds of it you're not going to get any choice in the matter o.o |
