Alright, school's over. Which means most 17-18 year olds around here have gone through a little thing called "Graduation".

How was yours? Mine was interesting. I listened to six of the longest speeches of my life, had a diploma handed to me, and proceeded to walk through a sea of boulders to Denny's. I was the white mage.

It's kinda depressing, though... now that I think about it. I'm never gonna see some of these people again.

The rest, of course, will be going to university with me in the fall. Grand, eh?

Well, i'm trying to meet some of my classmates again. Even if I like to forget some of them... I had a graduation for two weeks ago but hadn't got around uploading my pictures. ;;;

Speech, haha. They had a speech, but none did hear it. Typical eh? The crowd was so big, and the speakers was so small...

I wouldn't start collage until next year probably, hell i'm not sure if the education I did choose was right for me. And even if it is... I just don't feel ready for it. :/

I didn't go to my graduation, I'm not interested in those boring ceremonies. I just came in later to pick up my diploma.

I graduated this year, and due to my complete lack of friends. I didn't really find anything sad about it. I was just happy to be going to the next phase in my life, and excited about building an even better relationship with my girlfriend over the summer.

I was out in '02. It was weird. My parents were just going through divorce and so watching the whole thing play out was just plain odd. I didn't really lose much leaving my high school either, but I was at a friend's house directly afterwards so I wasn't really thinking about it.

Same friend is now 70 miles downstate. Which kinda sucks. Regardless, I was glad to get out of there.

Yeah, I graduated in '02 as well. I remember my last day. I was exempt from the exams of all but my first two classes because of attendance and good grades, but I missed mornings a lot so I had to take the exam for those two. When I finished my last exam, I had to wait in the classroom until the time was up--I wonder what would have happened had I gone up and left after I finished? Also, I had to still give a note to the attendance office signed by my parents saying that I was exempt and could leave for the day. I was good as gone after that!

I'm going to the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Going into Computer Engineering. Don't know where I'm staying yet. Maybe in dorms or maybe a studio apartment. Meh.

Graduation in 2002 was alright. Same procedures as everyone else. There really wasn't anything special about it other than the play that we were the first HS class after 9/11
four valedvictorian speeches and then the ceremony. I never took a lot of pictures and I didn't have many relatives come. oh well--i think college graduation will have bigger meaning...

My graduation was sexy. It was held at Arco Arena..(where the Kings play) and we got to go down and we had to wait in line for about an hour and 15 minutes but I had to wait for about 5 because I was horribly late. My dad wanted to go get my car that he just bought so we did..rushed home and I got ready in about 15 minutes and it took like 30 to get there because he wanted to take it to get washed at Shell so we did..and everyone actually cared that I was late.

Oh yeah I didn't know where the entrance was either..well where I was supposed to wait at so I walked around the whoooooole big ass building and then finally walked back to the front to ask and they told me, I found it but then I was on the wrong side too..all of this was in heels but it was nice.We didn't even have a validitorian speech. We had some from the faculty and one speech with 4-5 students talking about the Elementry and Middle school days.

Eh going to a JC then transfer or whatever you want to call it..not sure where but maybe a Design school.

Haha, I'm actually posting from my college orientation right now, just took a math placement test.

Ladies and gentlemen, as of today I am officially a double-major in Computer Science and Mathematics. Booya.

That really doesn't sound like something to be proud of, though...

I graduated in 2003, since I was in a small school there were only about ten of us who graduated that year.

Then when it was time for my party, it rained, causing all my relatives and guests to party inside.

My brother recently graduated, and luckily for him we able to go outside in the sun for the party.

yes, it is because most CS people run from math like the plague--for example, like me

but, i already have enough majors to worry about so I can't do CS/M

I didn't graduate yet.. but I did get my class ring. It's very cool looking, a sapphire gem in it. Does anyone else get class rings, or is that whole thing fading?

Mine was $150, it's not too big or anything like that. I really like how mine came out, and I still have 2 years of high school left to wear it.
I can't believe some of the guy's rings, they weigh like a pound.

I got a class ring. S'pretty cool, but I never wear it, as it's big, and doesn't quite fit me. Eventually, I might get it resized (if I don't grow into it) and wear it.
