If I was admin:

Kyouji Craw would be promoted to owner
I'd reorganize the staff so that everyone gets at least one position
Lost threads will not be spammy anymore
Leave the banning to RR
The admins will have to do a thread/post clean-up every week

Everyone will be able todelete their own threads
