| "Bad opening move." Allaura is a master at countering the straightforward charge. This particular charge is fast, making it a bit harder, but not significantly... She coats her arms in red ether as Grey attacks, deflecting some of the damage... Not known to Grey, Allaura's attack power has climbed a few points after being struck. Allaura returns the favor by doing a frontflip and a half-turn at the same time, away from Grey, while firing a small barrage of red energy bolts at Grey's area to shower him. The attacks individually are weak, but adding up they pack quite a punch. Allaura lands at a crouch, and prepares to immediately move again. Grey has 1 second after Allaura lands to react before she makes her move (in the next post). |

| Grey: "You're gonna have to pack a little bit more of a punch if you want to hurt ME, Allaura..." The energy balls do absolutely nothing to Grey: The sheer amount of energy coming from him interferes with the shower of bolts, disrupting them and rendering them nearly useless. Such small attacks, though large in number, weren't all that effective. (It'd be the equivalent of doing a multi-hit attack on a monster with incredibly high defense in an RPG: You'd get a bunch of 1s in rapid succession for damage) Grey's hand flies to his side and whips open one of his excessively large pants pockets as he throws around himself a barrier of light energy. He also crouches slightly and places his free hand in a defensive stance, knowing there were really only two types of maneuver he'd have to deal with at this point. |

| "Quit yer braggin'! Psi Arrow!" (echo effects) Not quite what she had in mind for her next attack, but still her best option as of now, Allaura focuses and brings her palms together, and out flies a beam-shaped pulse of compressed red ether sharpened at the front end, flying at Grey at a fast speed. It does about the same amount of damage as Schwa's Alpha Psibeam if it hits, except no homing in, no extra damage if the foe is Evil, BUT it has the side effect of piercing nearly all non-physical defenses. That'll show HIM to brag about defense... |

| Grey: "No, you really don't get it...." He dropped his evil guise for a second and became just a boy again, stepping to the side and actually grabbing the arrow of pure energy as it flew by, forcing it into being and transforming it into an actual, physical arrow. Made of wood and stone, he dropped it and it clattered in the ground, the sound echoing into the night. "I'm trying to tell you, basic stuff's just not gonna work on me. Please, you need to be shown what real power is..." He raised his evil guise once again, and drew from his pocket a small deck of cards... "Now, let me show you real power... Nile Hawver's Blue Control Deck!!!" He rose a few inches off the ground and hung there, suspended by his own will. Beneath him, a small pool of almost-liquid substance filled to about a five-foot span. "Observe, Allaura. This is my mana pool, and this is my friend Nile's Magic: The Gathering deck. You'll see in time what the power of the Outer Dimensions is capable of..." He drew seven cards, and grinned at the result. "Hehe, this will be good indeed." |

| "Well, define 'basic stuff'," Allaura says, frusterated, not attacking this turn. "I thought the prupose of this meeting was a spar. It wouldn't be fair if you were immune to ALL my moves, would it?" Small pause. "If you're from the Outer Dimmensions, you should know all my moves. That should be enough advantage for you already. I mean, even Admiral Zerodius, who's a God, as in an actual God, fights fair with mortals by using an avatar with normal powers! And yes, his powers are sometimes too over the top to be considered mortal, but he IS beatable by a mortal in his avatar form, that's my point... Didn't you hear that Yiusi defeated Zerodius in a spar? Of course you did, you're from the Outer Dimmensions! Stop playing mind-games with me in the middle of battle! Friendly spar is all we're doing, right?" Allaura seriously believes that even if Grey could kill Schwa with a word, he wouldn't. She refuses to lose her cool, even for a good purpose. That is not the way of a Psi Warrior, and in reality it would be unfair of Grey to ask her to do so... even if it weren't real. |

| Grey: "Just roll... You're starting off small, which is understandable." His evil guise dropped again as he began speaking rationally to Allaura. This was beginning to try him a little bit, he wasn't sure the message was getting through to her. "I'm gonna unmake Schwa, right? Right? Right. So therefore it's gonna take something powerful to defeat me. Really, really powerful. Something so powerful that if a certain someone were to pull it off, SOMETHING would have to notice how beautiful, how graceful, and how powerful (which to that someone seems to be most important) that someone is..." He threw one of his cards into the pool, and a small island rose out of the "ocean". One mana. Good, he thought. ".....Even if it isn't Schwa." |

| "You want power? Beauty, style? Fine! I can play your little game!" Allaura does one backflip and begins hovering about 3 feet in the air, hands together almost in a prayerful manner. Sparks of red, gold and silver flames start swirling around her as she readies her attack, then... "Turbo Halo!" (echo effects) The swirls of beautiful flame gather around her, forming a ring, then the ring hovers in the air and rotates so it's facing vertically... Then it begins reving up until the entire ring is a brilliant red, not gold and silver. It's real fire! The ring revs up and flies through the air towards Grey. It's a bit more powerful than Psi Arrow, but probably not enough to phase Grey a whole lot... The big thing is that Allaura is still hovering and charging up fire, the same as before, and the swirls of gold and silver are becoming stronger with every passing second. |

| Grey: "Graceful, I'll give you that one..." Still hovering, Grey throws another card into his pool and a second island appears beside the first. Suddenly, he bolts forward, flying through the ring of fire and catching himself aflame. As he flies toward Allaura, the flames take on the form of a large bird, and Allaura finds herself staring down a gigantic wall of fire that rushes toward her. "Now show me power! Phoenix Rusher!!!" |

| "Aw, but I wasn't done! Dang, you forced me into defense..." Allaura would've been able to perform Turbo Halo Advance if given enough time to continue charging, but seeing the wall o' flame she is forced to quit, and defend herself. The flame washes over her, and all that can be seen is smoke. 10 seconds later, there is still no sign of Allaura. Then, Grey is given less than half a second to react as Allaura bursts through the smoke, very fast, fists outstretched and spinning like a drill, straight for Grey. This is a powerful melee attack. She has scorch marks on her, though, and is blackened from the smoke. Allaura hopes to plummet into Grey with this melee maneuver. |

| Grey: "Hah! Now THAT's power!" Allaura slams into Grey, and though she bounces right off, Grey is thrown backward by the blow and falls to the ground, skidding on his feet toward his mana pool. Now was probably the time. Forgetting about his Magic cards for the time being, Grey waved his hand, dispersed his mana pool, and put the deck back in his pocket. No sense in using that stuff now. Grey: "And of course, you've already shown me..." Assuming she's back on the ground at this point, Grey dashes toward Allaura, and looks quite like he's about to hit her with a ground-splitting earthquake punch that should hurt a heck of a lot when it hits (and it will), until he gets about two inches from her, and Allaura realizes he's not going to hit her. "....beauty." Hoping she's put up some kind of defense at this point, Grey penetrates it by completely blowing away any intent he had of hurting her with one single action. A kiss. | Grey kisses Allaura. Allaura's eyes widen. Then, Allaura's ether-coated fist goes up at 80 MPH into Grey's face. "Don't you do that! You're going to kill Schwa and I'm going to stop you!" She actually says that with a hint of smile. Yes, she has fully been integrated into Grey's game. She has forgotten to think, though not to reason, and has put all her mind and soul into the battle, just like Grey wanted. "And I ain't gonna hold back. Divine Summoning!" (echo effects) On the ground appear three circles of ether; white, red and yellow. Spheres of those colors then come out of the circles as if the rings were portals-- because they ARE portals. But they all close as soon as the spheres appear. Now, a red, a white and a yellow sphere, each twice the size of a cannonball, hover over Allaura. "Take this, Grey!" Confident and full of courage again, Alluara thrusts her hand out, and immediately the red and white sphere fly in a volley toward Grey. If they both hit, Grey will receive high Fire and Wind damage, but if even one of them misses, the damage will be very low. (Red = fire, white = wind.) The best part about the spheres, however, is that Allaura can pull off a special technique AND attack with the spheres on the same turn each turn. |

| Grey: "Heh, girl's got a good hook... For all the pain though..." After a few seconds of rubbing his jaw, Grey notes the balls coming toward him and claps his hands together. He then drops to his knees and presses his hands to the ground as electricity swirls around them. From the earth he raises a long, wooden shaft that widens as it approaches its tip, ending up about two and one half-feet long. He takes the baseball bat and smacks the red beachball of ether away, following through on his swing by turning a full circle and allowing the second ball to pass by him. Finally, he drops down, picks up a rock, immediately gets back to his feet, and hurls it at Allaura. As it flies toward her, Grey snaps his fingers and the rock explodes into a gigantic cloud of dust. Obviously, vision cover is useless against Psi Warriors, but Grey's got a few other things planned... "I'd have to say it was pretty worth doing." |

| Allaura motions again as the spheres move-- al three of them this time, and form a wide ring above Grey. They then fly at him from different angles, all at the same time. The red one would hit for fire damage, white for air, and yellow for electricity. As the spheres attack, Allaura uses another technique. "Diminishing Aura!" (echo effects) When this move is cast, three 12-feet-diameter circles of haze-colored ether lights up on random spots in the ground. As long as Grey stands in the circles, all his stats will be lowered by 10% (except HP and Mana) until he moves out. Grey isn't in them right now, but he'll have to watch his step or suffer a stat penalty. |

| Naturally, Grey can't see the spheres coming, and they each pass straight through him as he is burnt, blown, and shocked at the same time. Pain surges through his body and he quickly snaps his fingers, shutting down his brain's amygdala and removing all sense of fear of the attack he had as it flew toward him. As soon as he stopped twitching from the massive electrical shock he recieved, Grey turned his amygdala back on and waves his hand through the cloud of dust he's formed. Immediately, they form themselves into a trio of large rocks that are sent flying at the three psi spheres. Assuming they connect, the energy Grey is using to hold them together should temporarily cancel out those spheres of ether. Grey: "This next one won't be so easy..." He kneels to the ground, and begins his next move by drawing a circle... |

| Each rock connects with a sphere, and the physical objects are just powerful enough to destroy them. "Ah, I was going to use the Strike Tower trick next... Urgh! Well, I'm not done yet... Now for melee." Allaura's fists flare brilliantly with red ether as she dashes to Grey, leaps up and comes down with a diagonal down-left hook from the sky to Grey's face. It should be quite stronger than Schwa's melee attack, but given the circumstances it shouldn't be hard to dodge. If Allaura were to miss, though, she'd charge forward and try striking with a frontal assult to the chest, an even stronger attack and harder to dodge in succession with the first move. |

| Grey: "Careful, my pretty friend..." As Allaura crashed toward him, Grey reached up from his work, grabbed her fist, and spun around. He took her with him as he whirled and hurled her away from him, then followed up by pressing both of his hands in a symmetrical pattern into his transmutation circle, adding further to the intricacy of the patterns he was drawing into the dirt. A few scribbles with his fingers here and there, and he slapped his palm down on it as more electricity swirled around him and spread all around the field, replicating the pattern of his circle and engraving a much, much, MUCH larger version of it into the area in which he and Allaura were fighting. He wasn't done yet, though. Grey then clapped his hands together and took his baseball bat in his hands, thinning it from its wide bat-like appearance to a longer, staff-like shape. With his new tool, he began to run around to random points on the giant circle, adding lines and designs unknown to Allaura at mentally calculated points on the field. There's a slight chance Allaura may know what he's doing, if she's knowledgeable about that sort of thing. |

| As Allaura flies behind Grey, she fires a barrage of energy rings at Grey from behind him. He'll have to be quick to avoid the rings right after attacking. Allaura gains aerial control and manages to land on her feet. She notices the big circle. "Interesting... What's he doing now?" |

| Grey looks up from his work, snaps his fingers, and the rings convert from energy to solid matter, turning to stone and slamming into the ground around him, adding even more to the circle's engravements. Catching a sleight of overconfidence in his work, Grey is suddenly beaned on the head by one of the stone rings and is knocked flat to the ground, caught off-guard by his own counterattack. Grey: "OW! Argh.... that hurt, but it'll all be worth it in the end. Just a few more adjustments...." To keep Allaura in check, Grey hefts the stone rings onto his staff, and while they're all packed onto it, swings the tool at Allaura, throwing the solid rings back at her. He then continues his design, going from running to jumping now, as he leaps around and draws octagram, pentagram, hexagram, and diagonal line after line around the circle. This was gonna be big. He just hoped it wouldn't hurt, too... |

| Grey: "Finally! The science of magic is complete!" In a rapid series of frontflips, Grey lands outside his gigantic transmutation circle, ready and waiting to shock and awe Allaura with his next move... Grey closes his eyes, kneels to the ground, and lays his hands on the southern border of the circle, as the skies darken, and light glows from the deepest trenches of the engraved design. The ground opens up, and the same electricity that surrounded Grey earlier arcs to and fro from point to point on the circle, and from the ground begins to rise something... amazing... Its thick, bushy head came first... Nothing more than a mould of dirt and rock, it suddenly transformed into what appeared to be lush, green leaves. The mass of leaves eventually gave way to a thick, healthy trunk that branched out into the skies, a grand, majestic tree of life. As the mighty redwood finished rising from the ground, around the base of its trunk came several other changes in the environment. Flowers began to sprout as rich, green grass grew all around them, and the field of life extended ever further from the tree's bottom. Soon, it covered the transmutation circle entirely, but the circle was hardly the limit of Grey's magic. Eventually, what was once a rocky, desolate wasteland turned into a rolling, beautiful plainsland, as rivers that never before flowed were able to roll their currents alongside tracts of wildflowers. Grey opened his eyes, released a long-held breath of air, and smiled. Grey: "There, that's so much more beautiful..." He eyes a particularly rich honeysuckle near the tree, and extends his hand, picking the flower and inhaling its sweet aroma. He blinks his eyes, and rises slowly into the air, turning toward Allaura and making an out-of-place walking motion as he floats toward her. He hands her the flower and grins. "Wouldn't you agree?" |
