| Caffiene has been the only thing that's kept me going at times. It assists aspirin in curing m' headaches. It keeps me alert. This is why coffee always smells so delicious...it's the association with caffiene. | |||

Caffine hangovers... never had one, the only major source of caffine I take is Stackers, or those no doze pills. Iv'e takin shit loads of them and stayed up for almost 3 days and I never felt anything like a hangover, other than a little bit of a head ache. Mabey you should them |

I'll drink pop (somtimes) at meals only, and I have a two-litre jug of water by the comp at all times for quick drinks. (the tap water here is actually really good  ) All in all I think my caffiene intake is pretty low. |

| Okay, I don't think I've ever had a caffeine hangover, but then I've never really drank excessive amounts of Red Bull either. I have three cups of coffee and I'm flying. Two Red Bulls and I'm out of it too.... But I know from alcohol hangovers, that "hair of the dog" usually helps a bit with those. Perhaps if you have a caffeine hangover, have a little more caffeine. Not much, just a little cup of tea or something  Maybe "hair of the dog" works with caffeine as well as alcohol |
