It may sound crazy, but it WORKS! And it's not really on the eggs and bacy, it's somehow....infused into the actual pancake.

I hate McDonald's with a passion, but I must say, the McGriddle is the most godly sandwich I have ever eaten. Listen to the man, he knows what's up.

I like Mcdonalds... and Burger king. Thought I prefer Kebab at times, and Pizza.

And for some reason we don't have taco places around here, even if Tacos and Tortillas are popular around here. People just make them themself.

...I need to lose weight. Which I probably do over the summer, as my consumpation drops with the less work I have. And I move alot more too.

I haven't had breakfast at McD's in a loooooong time... then again, I eat at home 99.99% of the time anyways. :\

I'm picky, so... hotcakes and a nice big french fry hashbrown. That always works.

Oh, and for those who feel jealous that I can eat all this and still not gain a single pound (I've weighted 165 for years now), then maybe you'll feel a bit better when my heart explodes at the ripe age of 27.

No wait, this one:

I eat almost as badly as you, and drink a lot of beer. I'm 130. woot. I'll be right behind you in line for a heart transplant.

My breakfast is usually protein pudding (cooked oatmeal with vanilla whey protein powder mixed in) or a pound of cottage cheese (because oatmeal every single day gets old). Every once in a while (usually when people are in from out of town and we're all in the mood to eat breakfast food for lunch), I like to go out to a local breakfast chain for some sort of egg and veggie combination with pancakes on the side. I'd go at other times, but they close at 3 p.m. Arrgghhbllrggh paaaaancakes... *drool*

Since when is Rydain allowed to post about her super-food in a fast food fatty American thread? ;

I never eat fast food...except Pizza but that takes 30 minutes so it's not that fast. Yay for Salads and Fruit for a lunch.

It really does work, now I have to go get one myself. I love McDonalds breakfast, most of their main menu is crap but I could see myself eating the breakfast every morning.

I guess I'll have to include myself on the "Fucked when metabolism goes" list, im 16 and eat like pretty crappy but never weighed above 120 in my life.

you can eat like this for as long as you have low levels of the stuff that may cause diabetes and heart disease...

i'm 20 and i'm only 125...so my friends say I should live on such a meal plan--although, i don't have the money to supplement such an eating style...

Well, I eat much for being so thin.

You and your wholesome food. I think you should give yourself a big tasty burger or something like that a few times a month. But maybe you do that already.

Pffft. People were posting about what they eat for breakfast. And that really is what I eat for breakfast. So there.

Now if you want to discuss fast food...I actually hit Taco Bell after the gym. I was fungry and needed a messload of filling food, and I never get sick of bean burritos, tacos, and rice, so there ya go. I do eat treats on a regular basis, but I limit them (most of my food is nutritious stuff), so I don't have any problem fitting in my pants. Yay pants.

And if you want to discuss mass quantities of food that's generally considered unhealthy...a couple of years ago, I went to a local Austrian restaurant and ate a large plate of kasespatzel (pasta-like dumplings smothered in cheese and onions) and followed it up with kaiserschmarren (a kickass dessert consisting of fried sweet dough with rum-soaked raisins and sugar sprinkled on top). This amount of food would fill up two average people, and I ate it all by myself. Then I waddled off to a bookstore and read for a while, and then I went home and passed out on the couch. Eating a lot at once always makes me sleepy. Needless to say, I don't do that very often.

Trapster: Rydain is a pescetarian so suggesting that she eat a burger won't work. Maybe a filet of fish in a burger bun... that could work.

I haven't been to McD's in a long time. Most of my meals are at home so I get a steady flow of nutrition without too much junk. But then, of course, I eat the junk at night. :\

More Elaboration of my meals...
Since I am attending College for the Summer We are adapted to a Lunch system that is more than I ever usually eat. It's supposeably the actual healthy system of eating. Fruit, Vegetables, meat, and lots of milk. The amounts of calories in the meal would probably be upwards of 1500ish but it's so low in fatty substances that it's no problem. It also helps that I only eat that and a sandwich when I get home... but then again there are Cookies. Mmm Cookies

Legion, you have had more Fast food in the past week than I have in the past year or two.

A Filet-O-Fish would do the trick. I'd probably have to snarf down half a bottle of Tums afterward, though. Too much greasy food makes my stomach cranky.
