Do you want a spreadsheet? There's a free program I use called Gnumeric... I think there's a Windows port somewhere, but it's possible that it's old (free software doesn't often cater to DOS or Windows users).

no no no. I'm talking about an apps with electronic and electric parts datasheets. Like a transistor number for example, if I need to know Emitter Voltage, etc.
