Err... I'm pretty sure there isn't.  If you find legislation restricting it, go ahead and prove me wrong, but I'm almost positive there's no laws against it. Also, according to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the laws regulating full-autos don't regulate making your own machine gun as long as you make the parts to modify it yourself and you don't sell it.I know somebody that owns a CZ-52 pistol, and that fires 7.62x25mm ammo. It's completely legal. What's kind of funny is the fact that it can pierce more armor than the most common 5.56x45mm/.223 Remington full metal jacket. I can't find any gun that looks exactly like the PPK or P99 that fires 7.63mm... but I did discover that 7.62x25mm is also 7.63mm Mauser, and the CZ-52 does look like an oversized PPK...  |
