My USB 4 Hub work until today, it just stopped working. I tried to unplug it then plug it back in and restrting the computer and still nothing.

My comnputer won't recognise it now and on the main systems progream thing it says it need a driver but my hub is a cheap thing without aa name all it says is: 'USE HUB 4 PORT' on the back it says: 'usb 4port 1.1 HUB' aand thats it. Hope i can be helped

Try it on another computer. If it still fails, it is broken and should be brought back to the dealer -> warranty.
Even if it was cheap - the manufacturer has to develop something working, and if you still have warrany and haven't damaged it by yourself, it should be replaced anyay.

Or you need a driver for your hardware, but if you have WinXP, it should detect it automatically.

It workered at first, and xp detected it. now it won't where can i get driver for it?

Download WinXp Service Pack 1 and it should work.

Bring it back to the dealer and get a new one or try to get it at their homepage (if you know it) and try to download it there.

If it worked once before, then it shouldn't be a driver issue. It might just be toast. (Or the thing you're plugging into it might be. )
