Relevant stats: WinXP (SP2), USB 1.1 flash drive, no mapped network drives For some reason, when I stick my flash drive (Lexar JumpDrive, if it matters) into my comp, Windows recognizes it, but the drive doesn't show up in Explorer. It will appear in the folders pane once I type in the drive letter manually, but doesn't come up otherwise. I know it's possible to get it to show up when you plug it in, for my work comp does this. Had to get our IT guy to do it, though. How can I get this to show up as soon as I plug it into my home comp? |
