I went to the job interview yesterday and it turned out the worst of it. The manager asked the first two questions and I did good, but the next two I had to think about it for a while. It was horrible I couldn't a comfirm his question. I was so stupid, but the questions were not that hard, but still could not answer them. The last question he asked is if you could not get a ride to work what would you do, but I thought he said if you did not have the right to come to work what would you do and everything went wrong with that last question? But I still answer his last question ok. He said he wants another interview, but he does not know yet when he wants it. I just hope I can answer his questions next time for the next interview if possible. | |||

I'm sorry you sisn't get it on the first try. If he want's another, that's good. I hope that you do better on your second attempt. My boss is my next door neighbor, so I didn't need an interview when I asked her for a job |

I'd say you have a 50/50 shot. If he said that he would keep in touch and let you know, then you should be turning in job applications elsewhere starting now because that's pretty much the end of it. But if he said another interview, that could be a lot different. Too bad he didn't give you a date though... :/ Oh well, it's K-Mart. It's not like you got turned down from a Forbes 500 company. Jobs like this are a dime a dozen and you shouldn't have too much difficulty finding another one. Just do what I did when I was that age and turn in an application to EVERY place you find. Odds are that you'll land at least one. And if you don't, wait a month and do it again. The job market is a very fast paced place. People are always coming and going and there's always a need to find replacements. The best thing you can do is to get your name out there so that eventually, you'll be remembered and they'll hire ya. Think along the lines of: "This guy again? He's really serious about working here isn't he? Might as well give him a shot." |
