Well, I installed a few extensions, closed and reopenned FF. firefox.exe loads, but no window is displayed. I've reinstalled many times, and whiped registry data of FF a few times. |

That happened to me once. I think I ran Firefox with the switch "-p" and made a new profile, then used instructions from the Firefox website to transfer my bookmarks and etc.

Save your bookmarks.html and cookies.txt files if you want to keep them. Then remove the directory c:\documents and settings\user\application data\mozilla (the two files are in there)

This has happened to me a few times, usually it's just loading really slow (mainly after installing a lot of extensions, it needs to prepare them all the first time). Give it a good 15 minutes or so. Once it's done that it should start up quick afterward. |
