| OK, instead of doing another cut and dried bullshit biography in english class, my dad gave me this idea from some movie. I'm doing Joseph Heller, and I thought it would be a great injustice to write a bio like everyone else in the history of biographies has, on Heller, as he was one of the most creative minds ever to grace our presence. As such, I'm going to do a biography of Heller in basically a realistic fiction setting. I'm going to meet him, after his death (which I won't mention), and discuss with him everything I possibly can. I won't lie about him or any such nonsense, making up stuff, but rather using his works and memoirs, I aim to create a realistic conversation between myself, and my favorite author. Here is what I have so far for the opening paragraph, and I suppose I'll edit and make more posts as this progresses. Traversing the streets of Brooklyn, his old stomping grounds, I keep an attentive eye out for him. A crafty old man, with electric white hair, and a deeply creased face that showed years of experience. Countless faces flash before me, but none ever fit the description. In my pocket is a creased and crumpled picture of a man sitting down, staring straight at the camera. He expresses no emotion, merely sitting there without a care in the world.
