Networks are announcing their new prime-time lineups. We've got two solid ones right now, thanks to a variety of sources. For instance, here's CBS: Monday 8 p.m. The King of Queens 8:30 p.m. How I Met Your Mother 9 p.m. Two and a Half Men 9:30 p.m. Out of Practice 10 p.m. CSI: Miami Tuesday 8 p.m. NCIS 9 p.m. The Amazing Race 10 p.m. Close To Home Wednesday 8 p.m. Still Standing 8:30 p.m. Yes, Dear 9 p.m. Criminal Minds 10 p.m. CSI: New York Thursday 8 p.m. Survivor 9 p.m. CSI 10 p.m. Without A Trace Friday 8 p.m. Ghost Whisperer 9 p.m. Threshold 10 p.m. Numb3rs Saturday 8 p.m. Repeats 10 p.m. 48 Hours Sunday 7 p.m. 60 Minutes 8 p.m. Cold Case 9 p.m. Movie And the WB: Monday 8 p.m. 7th Heaven 9 p.m. Just Legal Tuesday 8 p.m. Gilmore Girls 9 p.m. Supernatural Wednesday 8 p.m. One Tree Hill 9 p.m. Related Thursday 8 p.m. Smallville 9 p.m. Everwood Friday 8 p.m. What I Like About You 8:30 p.m. Twins 9 p.m. Reba 9:30 p.m. Living With Fran Sunday 7 p.m. Reba reruns 8 p.m. Charmed 9 p.m. Blue Collar TV See a bunch of new shows? Don't recognize 'em? Well, they had to dump some to make room, no? Here's what's getting canned from CBS, NBC, and the WB (complete list here): NBC: Committed, The Contender, Father of the Pride, Last Comic Standing, Law And Order: Trial by Jury, LAX, Medical Investigaton, American Dreams, Revelations, Third Watch. CBS: Joan of Arcadia, Judging Amy, Listen Up, Center of the Universe, Clubhouse, Dr. Vegas, Everybody Loves Raymond, JAG WB: Jack & Bobby, Summerland, Grounded for Life, The Mountain Any thoughts on what you see? I start. Inexplicably, CBS is RE-UPPING "YES, DEAR". If it's due to incriminating photos, I DON'T WANT TO KNOW. And Jack & Bobby? First ep seemed kind of promising, but it wouldn't work over more than a couple of seasons. We know how it ends and there's only so much storytelling to do. Smallville's toast. West Wing's moving to Sunday because its viewers are rich and NBC doesn't feel like competing on Wednesdays. Let's see what everyone else is bringing to the dance. |
