Utilities like what? Hex editing is the same as for NES and SNES, level editors and such would be quite similar, except I've only heard about one for Sonic  Genesis graphic viewing/editing might be supported by TileLayer Pro or a few others now, but I haven't seen it myself ... And one thing with Genesis ROMs is that the data can be interleaved, for which there a program that can fix that (forgot what it was called but it should be at zophar.net) ... and they also have checksums  |
