I've whipped up this big-ol Excel workbook for work purposes... all the schools I'd ever have to cover, contact info, and a sheet of links to directions via Mapquest. I'm thinking the other papers in the company might get some use out of it, but I'd have to change ALL 191 links so they use the other papers as starting points, not our offices. The standard Find/Replace doesn't work, as the cell text is actually "Click for Directions". I'd rather leave it like that, for the URL's are quite long. Anyone know of a way I can search for a string in a URL like this and replace every instance automatically? Here's an example of what I'm talking about. If you were to look for directions to my old high school, the street address would be in there as "121+Gravel+Street". Let's say I want to change that to the OTHER high school in town, which would be "220+Coe+Avenue". How can I do that? |
