Here's a program which can edit Bowser's and Iggy's/Larry's platform's palette. (That's all I could find in the ROM locations thread.)

Have fun.

You know the drill by now. Click here to visit my site, where you can download it.

Isn't there a SNES emulator that allows you to view loaded palettes in realtime? You could find the rest of the palettes that way.

Yay! New program! So, does it edit Bowser's platform (?), or Bowser himself?

Palette. Palette. Doesn't anybody read any more?

Or I suppose you could download the program.

He could be asking if it edited the palette of the battle platform or Bowser himself

Too bad I have no use for this, else I'd check it out.

I think the program is fine, but i would like a visual editor, because it's difficult, and at the beginning when you have to write the name of the ROM, seems like OLD MS-DOS

The program is awesome. The only thing I could think of that would make it better is having a picture of bowser (loaded from the GFX file maby

lags_80: I've got some plans regarding the choose file thingie. There will most likely be a decent file selector in the big project I'm working on right now.

Keikonium: I was THIS close to adding it, before I remembered that I still haven't rewritten the 4bpp loading routines. That routine was a pain in the butt last time. Remember kids: Backing up source code in case your hard drive blows up IS a good thing.

Nah, writing such a routine is only hard the first time, and that's only if you didn't already know the format to begin with. It should a breeze to rewrite. Or if not, just PM me and I'll help you through it.

Note: That this is only from my experience with Tile Counter. Supposing that I don't stupidly delete it or lose it in a system purge, I can just reuse the custom C++ header file that I use to load my graphics nowadays. I love C++.

I rewrote the 4bpp routine yesterday, and it was waaaaay easier than I thought. I have no idea what kind of messy mumbo jumbo method I used before.

My current routine loads 128 tiles in 10 millisecs and draws all of them them in 5.
