Dave Mustaine has done it again. For starters, with the exception of a small few bands, the Ozzfest lineup blows this year. I'm going anyway, but still........ But finally, a festival over here that's putting many of the excellent Euro festivals to shame. Megadeth (PWN) Dream Theater (Double PWN) Nevermore (Pwn Pwn!) Dillinger Escape Plan (Pwn once more!) Fear Factory (Eh, neat-o!) Dry Kill Logic has been the only confirmed act for the second stage as of yet. But Dave is interested in bring Children of Bodom in. Hollllly fucking moses that would rock. Not only that, but Symphony X as well. Now I saw Children of Bodom last year (with Fear Factory actualy) and they put on the best performance I've seen in a long time. I can't wait to see who else will be confirmed for the second stage. Tour dates have only been announced for New York and New Jersey right now but it was stated that it will come to Seattle and some other places. If it doesn't come to Virginia, which it probably wont because Virginia fucking sucks, then I'm flying all the way to Seattle to go to the concert of the year. (I have family up there.) Only bad thing is that Dream Theater's set will be 45 minutes. That's like.....what? Three songs? (edited by Gelion on 05-08-05 12:22 PM) |

Only one of those bands I'd be interested in seeing is DEP, and I saw them some months back. Although I suppose seeing COB live would be pretty wild, even though I don't like their music too much.

I saw Megadeth in concert once. Pretty sweet, but the opener sucked balls.

Not a big fan of Dillinger Escape Plan, I think they suck. However, I was there at Reading '02 when the poop incident happened... That was funny
