Goal: Allow all 3 devices to access the internet at the same time.

Problem: The TC800 does not have a wireless card, and I cannot remove the wireless card from Mom's computer.

Solution: Share the connection between the X-B and Mom's computer.

Flaw in plan: I don't know how to do that, and multiple attempts using "Network Connection Bridge" have failed.

Help would be appreciated.

Eh, you mean an Xbox right? I believe network bridge is not what you're looking for. I believe you want to share the connection... so you must activate internet connection sharing. (Of course, if you have a router, you can probably just plug them all into that simultaneously) I believe you must right click the icon for your internet connection, go into properties, look through the tabs, and and activate internet connection sharing.

Some info might be appreciated; what's the TC800 stand for, and what's the exact setup/connection stuff? *Looks at post again* I believe it also matters if an X-box can use internet connection sharing. This sounds like a mostly wireless network, too.

This setup will not work unless you install a proxy server or routing software on the mom computer.

No wonder. Any good software you recommend?
