Actually, I make that post making fun of the pyramid and then read today that Canada is #4 (behind Malta, the US and the UK) when it comes to child obesity.

All those parents taking their kids to McDonalds at 10 months of age.

....But at least you're still behind the U.S. in that category. So you can still say you are healthier than us.

Oh, we are. There's no question about that - hell, we use a rainbow instead of a pyramid! (see Kles' post)

Healthiest country when it comes to child obesity based on what I read? Lithuania. Maybe it's the Lithuanian blood in me that keeps me thin.

The Lithuanian blood line seems to be keeping me from achieveing anything above 120 lbs, although im pretty short so it fits me well.

The new food pyramid is just a despserate attempt, people would rather follow those diets on TV with the fake testomonials.

Um... I'm pretty sure that countries that are LOWEST in obesity don't have enough food to give to them... I mean, Lithuania isn't exactly rolling in cheddar. Malnutrition might be one big reason as to why the kids are so skinny. Granted, they're not fat, but they probably aren't healthy either.

If I'm wrong, I will forever feel like a jackass... even though I already do.
