I have PJIRC set up in the same directory as my AcmlmBoard, and I want to give it a link on all the pages, as well as it's own page to match to board itself, simmilar to the was this board has it. Does anyone know what steps must be taken to accomplish this? (wow, I sure do post here alot.. I'm not sure if thats a good or a bad thing.. ) (edited by Diddy on 04-16-05 07:39 AM) |

Link on all pages eh? Best bet: Putting it in layout.php somewhere, its required in every file. Also Jesper or someone embeded the chat into the tables that Acmlm has for the board. It was something like require 'function.php'; $windowtitle="$boardname -- IRC Chat"; require 'layout.php'; echo" $tblstart$tccellh>$boardname's IRC Channel< < (edited by Randy53215 on 04-16-05 04:31 PM) (edited by Randy53215 on 04-16-05 04:31 PM) (edited by Randy53215 on 04-16-05 04:32 PM) (edited by Randy53215 on 04-16-05 04:32 PM) (edited by Randy53215 on 04-16-05 04:33 PM) |

*blinks* .. heh. watch me try and figure that out over the next hour.. Thanks yet again, Randy53215 EDIT: I managed to get the link to work just fine, although as for remaking the "irc.php" file found on this server, I'm having absolutely no luck.. Could someone show me exatly how to build an "irc.php"? I'm quite a php noob.
